My autistic son loves the cheesy fiesta potatoes. So we were driving down 95th and saw this Taco Bell so of course I had to pull in and get him what he wanted. I went through the drive-through and a very perky sounding, nice woman took my order she had excellent customer service!!!!! I pulled up to her window, I had to tell her excellent customer service she was just very nice. Her name was Monae!!!!!! I know it's hard working in the fast food industry, but she was amazing! Great job Monae!!!! Your personality will take you far. The potatoes were delish! Nice and fresh! read more

I visited on March 1st at approximately 11:30 pm. The employee taking orders was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

This Taco Bell is very unprofessional, there lobby was still open they told me I couldn't get my order because they was closed and it was only drive Thur but there was multiple people in there getting their order, I feel as I was being targeted because of my race. this made me feel very uncomfortable ordering from them because they might of did something to my food read more

Just had my food delivered and I'm right up the street and delivery was priority so I can get it hot and fresh , but the cooks and management had other plans I received my food it was cold, and my chicken wraps were hard as bricks just flat out horrible I've heard not to order from here because they don't care about quality or there guest but I wanted to see my self and they were right this is the worst I've ever tasted my hard earned money gone down the drain no food to eat a waste of everything just horrible!! read more

Nacho fries - Price - good. Only like a dollar and some change for a decent amount which is good. 5/5 Presentation - meh. just sprinkle some nacho cheese flavoring on top of the fries which doesn't even taste like nacho cheese. 3/5 Taste - Fries by themselves are pretty much nothing. combined with the nacho cheese it is fantastic. it's like eating Doritos. The nacho cheese itself is very good. 4/5 Chicken bacon chalupa - Price - could throw in more for price $4.49 3/5 Presentation - messy, nothing like picture. Not enough chicken for price 2/5 Taste - It tastes at least like a club sandwich. It is missing a lot of meat and had a ton of tomatoes for some reason. Unfortunately for five bucks I could buy a whole chicken so the amount of meat on there is just unacceptable. Overall everything tastes comes together okay you really taste the chicken in the bacon every the other toppings kind of blend together. 3/5 5 layer beef burrito - Price - great deal on the combo 5/5 Presentation - meh. Nothing like pictures. 2/5 Taste - Could be better. No effort whatsoever & part of the beef filling tasted burnt 3/5 Mexican Pizza - Presentation: Just horrendous looking with soggy shells. 1/5 Taste: Very basic. Lots of meat with no pizazz. Just a bad idea all around. Overall - It's taco Bell so I don't expect much. The food is better than I've last time I had it, but it is still taco Bell. Taste wise everything is pretty average. Everything tasted surprisingly fresh as well especially the vegetables. Unsurprisingly the food looked nothing like the pictures on the menu and in some cases the price compared to what was offered was extremely off. 3/5 read more

They made me wait 30 minutes by the register before anyone came up to me and they got my order wrong

this is the 3RD TIME I paid for the disha hot sauce separately and THEY INTENTIONALLY left it out. Yet when I order the disha combo I'll get the hot sauce. don't offer it as a separate price if you're not gonna give it to me. smh read more

My partner and I have pulled up to the drive through several times during normal business hours, and the person working the drive through has always came up with a reason as to why they can't take our order (closed, only accepting UberEats and DoorDash orders, etc). I'm not sure why we've given it so many chances when they've let us down time and time again. I can't say what the quality of the food is as they have repeatedly denied servicing us for some reason. You might as well build a restaurant without a drive through, or put crime tape around the entrance for good. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere as they will deny you service without reason. read more

I got my food and smell some burnt in my bag . I check my food and tell my friends to smell it . the smell was there but didn't see anything burnt. As I walk out one of the employees say "why u got to even smell you food". once I bite into my crunch wrap I tasted nothing but burnt shell disgusting!. read more

This review is all about NASTY Food. My daughter ordered from Uber Eats. The delivery was fast and the meat??? was still kind of warm. She ordered the Cravings Pack 4 Tacos, 4 Burritos. But upgraded the Tacos to Supreme (tomatoes, sour cream) but none was added and forgot about some of meat??? Then Burritos had weird taste with very little sour cream and meat??? Only ok thing was Dragoon Fruit Freeze drink. Like how they cover top of large cup for delivery. Nevertheless Hell No I won't GO there or Order from this Place. read more

Well a positive is that the service from the drive thru was quick and efficient, and the cashier was friendly. I ordered a Mexican Pizza, which I eat all of the time. The pizza was not cooked well and the presentation was sloppy. Making Mexican Pizza is an Art Form, and I am disappointed that this location hasn't mastered it yet. read more

With the amount of restaurants raising their prices, we have to give it up for Taco Bell for still having their value menu and constantly changing their menu. The food isn't authentic or healthy, but it's good and cheap and because of that, Taco Bell will always have me as a customer lol although I will say this Taco Bell is mor expensive than other Taco Bell's, I don't know if it's because the area or what. read more

Used the app to order lunch on Sat 1/8/22 around 11am. I encountered the most rude and unprofessional woman working the drive through. I followed the instructions in the app to proceed to the drive thru and announced my name, I was picking up an order. She told me to proceed to the window and at the window she began to berate me raising her voice yelling "you just pulled up to the window What Kind of order is this? Is this door dash" I again repeated my name and advised her I ordered online. Her male coworker handed her my order immediately (clearly he heard me & understood) and she practically tossed the food toward me. She needs to be fired as I don't believe re-training would be worth anyones time. I will never go back to this location near 95th Ashland in Chicago. read more

You have to wonder about the staff because I ordered some dinner and when I got to the window to pay the girl had this attitude when I asked for sour cream on my order and she said "It comes with it" in a rather snarky tone. This makes me think about why African-Americans are not thought of too highly in terms of how they act in the professional world, especially in the restaurant and hospitality industry. What I find bothersome is how a lot of places get bad reviews and yet they don't even do anything about what customers are complaining about. Most of these fast food places hire these young life-challenged millennials who lack customer service skills needed to know how to deal with the public. read more

This is the best run Taco Bell I've ever tried. It doesn't deserve this bad rating. We came late on Easter Sunday when everything else around was closed for holiday. When I walked in, I was given a warm greeting that was sincere! I got off from work late and hoped I did not want to have a long wait! Online ordering was NOT easy at this location. I drove up to the drive thru speaker and I informed them that I had an online order and gave my name. The guy said okay and told me to pull forward to the window. At the window, he stated an order that was not mine. I told him they I had an online order. He tells me to hold on and goes to the back. When they bring the food out, he begins to chastise me about how I should have told him that it was a mobile order. I said I did and gave my name and he said okay. Then this guy gets real "testy" and says "I'm just saying next time you have to let us know at the speaker," with an attitude. Don't worry, there will not be a next time! read more

I didn't want to have to resort to this, but here it goes. My last time at this location was awful. My sister and I placed an order at this location. The cashier asked for my name for the order. After sitting down near the register, being clearly visible. 5 minutes goes by, nothing. 10 minutes goes by, still nothing. The cashier was calling out "door dash" orders, but not ours. My sister finally gave the cashier the receipt and asked about our order. Instead of apologizing, the cashier stated that she called out our order. The only orders that were being called out were door dash orders. After sitting in the restaurant for so long, don't you think it would've been appropriate to ask if we had received our food?? I called in to speak with the manager "Elroy". I told him what happened, and was told I can come in on the days that he were there. Just simply put "Elroy" on the receipt. "Elroy" takes it upon himself to argue with me saying that he viewed the cameras and they called out our order. As if I want to waste my time arguing with you? Even after calling corporate and explaining the situation. Nothing. You guys have awful customer service. Get better associates that can do their job Elroy. read more

Out of all the Taco Bell locations in all of Chicago, DO NOT, and I mean, DO NOT come to this location. The customer service here is shallow and pedantic, and they do NOT consider the customer at ALL in the ordering process. The quality of the food itself is terrible, and the taco shells have a stale consistency to them upon eating them. This is one of the most TERRIBLE locations in Chicago, and does not represent the value for good food and great customer service that the company [Taco Bell] itself holds in such high regard. I would not send my own worst enemy to this location, and I implore you to not visit this location and waste something as precious as your time and money. read more

Me And Fiancé Are HIGHLY Disappointed In The Service Of This Establishment. We Waited In Line For Approximately 20 Minutes When We Finally Got To The Window To Order Our Food The Boxes We Wanted Were "Sold Out. So They Didn't Have Them".
