I went through the drive-through and a very perky sounding, nice woman took my order she had excellent customer service!!!!! I pulled up to her window, I had to tell her excellent customer service she was just very nice. Her name was Monae!!!!!! I know it's hard working in the fast food industry, but she was amazing! My partner and I have pulled up to the drive through several times during normal business hours, and the person working the drive through has always came up with a reason as to why they can't take our order (closed, only accepting UberEats and DoorDash orders, etc). I'm not sure why we've given it so many chances when they've let us down time and time again. I can't say what the quality of the food is as they have repeatedly denied servicing us for some reason. You might as well build a restaurant without a drive through, or put crime tape around the entrance for good. This review is all about NASTY Food. My daughter ordered from Uber Eats. The delivery was fast and the meat??? was still kind of warm. She ordered the Cravings Pack 4 Tacos, 4 Burritos. But upgraded the Tacos to Supreme (tomatoes, sour cream) but none was added and forgot about some of meat??? Then Burritos had weird taste with very little sour cream and meat??? Well a positive is that the service from the drive thru was quick and efficient, and the cashier was friendly. I ordered a Mexican Pizza, which I eat all of the time. Used the app to order lunch on Sat 1/8/22 around 11am. I encountered the most rude and unprofessional woman working the drive through. I followed the instructions in the app to proceed to the drive thru and announced my name, I was picking up an order. She told me to proceed to the window and at the window she began to berate me raising her voice yelling "you just pulled up to the window What Kind of order is this? Is this door dash" I again repeated my name and advised her I ordered online. Online ordering was NOT easy at this location. I drove up to the drive thru speaker and I informed them that I had an online order and gave my name. The guy said okay and told me to pull forward to the window. At the window, he stated an order that was not mine. I told him they I had an online order. He tells me to hold on and goes to the back. After sitting down near the register, being clearly visible. 5 minutes goes by, nothing. 10 minutes goes by, still nothing. The cashier was calling out "door dash" orders, but not ours. The customer service here is shallow and pedantic, and they do NOT consider the customer at ALL in the ordering process.
