This review isn't about Taco Bell but the KFC part of the restaurant. I've been here numerous times and never had an issue until today. The person who took my order and my money was very friendly, helpful and outgoing. However, my order was missing a few things. I ordered the 8 piece spicy wing combo with fries and ranch. By far the absolute worst food or service related experience I've ever had. I've coke here at night to see them turn off the lights inside and not answer in the drive through only for them to turn the lights back on once I pulled away. Every time I've tried to order here they're out of everything on the menu. One time I went in side because the door was unlocked and about 4/5 employees were talking to some guy in normal clothes at the counter so I stood behind him, assuming he was a customer ordering. They then told me that they were closed temporarily and I needed to leave and that guy was one of their uncles ???? I lived nearby for over 2 years and occasionally when I'd crave Taco Bell I convince myself that maybe it had improved since the last time... that was never the case. I would rather drive 25 mins to a different taco or more realistically just choose a different restaurant than ever go here. read more

I ordered from here Chalupa and spicy potato soft taco both are so disgusting even not able to eat. For Chalupa just gave me raw tortillas and in soft taco potato is too chewy very hard to eat even. I had to threw my all food which I ordered also On my Mexican pizza no toppings at all no tomatoes nothing didn't put proper sauce even. Worst store ever very bad experience every time. Delicious! This Taco Bell makes a great Crunchwrap Supreme! It hit the spot. I had it with water and the hot sauce. It was very filling and the perfect temperature when served. Unfortunately today was it for me. The last 3 times I have ordered from this TBell, my order has been completely wrong or they were out of 50% of their food. When I arrived and started to pull through the drive thru, 5 of the employees (I think all of them) were in the parking lot smoking and sitting on the curb. They yelled at me to ask if I was here to order food and then ran inside. I ordered and then when I got to the window, they had me repeat my order twice. Placed a mobile order and when I got home one item was missing and three items didn't have tomatoes on them which I paid extra for. Called the store and was told they were out of tomatoes because the supply truck was late and they would call when it came to replace the items and it has been 30 hours and no call. There is something seriously wrong with our KFC Taco Bell Every couple of weeks we go back to try to place an order and every time we go they have a reason why they can't accommodate us. Tonight we had three different orders to place. We started to go in to place our to go orders and there was an employee sitting in a truck that yelled at us and told me us we couldn't go in. I asked why because the door was propped open. He said we don't let anyone in to order after 4:00 p.m. He said you have to go through the drive-thru. I pulled up to the sign and told them I had three orders. The guy who is the manager inside said no we only do two orders per vehicle. I said there's no one else here, so just do two vehicles then. He refused. So we worked it out that we would try to somehow condense the orders to two. When we started placing our first order, we ordered chicken and he stopped us and said that he didn't have any chicken because none came on the truck. He was so rude and so mean that we left and went to Wendy's again. Seriously, the management needs fired or the store just needs closed. We have not had a successful order since before covid and even then the service was bad. read more

Past three times I went, total bad experience at this location in hickory flat. First time they put me on hold for a long time before taking my order and there was no cars in front of me. Second time they closed WAY earlier than they should have even though they had 5 cars of employees. Tonight I went and ordered food for my family and noticed once I was home that we were shorted one of the meals. So, I went back and told the worker at the window. Check your order if you drive thru. It's Taco Bell and rarely is an order correct in the drive thru. The dining room has been painfully slow each time we've been in there. Last time, we waited over ten minutes for one small Taco Bell item. I'd understand if it was fried chicken from the KFC menu, but it was something stupid like a cheese quesadilla. oh there's so much i could say about this taco bell. first of all. they're supposed to close at 2:00 am. they always end up closing all their stuff around 12 so there's no point in going to eat there after then. they decide to clean the grills early and claim they're "not working". the credit card machine is always "broken". i get there around 12:30 and they're out of nacho cheese, steak, taco shells, and a lot of other menu items. the credit card reader is down so they're only accepting cash. is there anything they do have for you to order? theres no point in them being open because there's basically nothing you can order on the menu. they're basically just there to get paid for the last two hours. this is about the third time this has happened. all i wanted was a taco rip. read more
