Total chaos. No drinks in the machine, when you stand at the counter waiting to ask someone for a drink everyone ignores you until you interrupt them. When I placed my order the kiosk asked for my name but the staff was just calling order numbers. No hot sauce in the bins and no napkins. When I asked for hot sauce and napkins, a guy just grabbed a huge box of fire sauce from under the counter and flopped it down in front of me and walked away. I've only had a minor problem on weekdays, but I will say this the same two ppl are usually on weekends they're rude slam window on you, always give the wrong order and normally I just check bag and they'll fix it, these two guy probably college age don't care and don't fix the order. They've always taken a really long time serving which I've always had patience for but today I placed an online order for pick up at 12:05 at 12:20 I asked an employee about my order and she said they didn't have it on the screen. I showed her my order and she said it would be 10 more minutes. 12:40 and my order was not called so I asked to speak to the manager. She continued to ignore me and the original employee I asked came up and said sorry we don't have your order and I again asked for a manager. At 12:55 the manager came up and just said we don't have it but we can make it now. In desperate need of training! Ordered a large Coke zero to find out at the window that they serve Pepsi products and I had not been charged for a large, so I got a medium diet Pepsi. Ordered a box and upgraded my taco to the orange supreme...acted like she had no clue what the orange taco was... I received the orange taco, it was not supreme. Consistently slow service for the last 5 years. This place often gets orders wrong (ironic that there is never a mistake with extra food items, only mistakes with missing food items). If you have to go there be prepared for a 20 minute wait even if you are the only customer, and make sure to check, check and check your order when they hand it to you. read more

This morning walked into the Adolfo Taco Bell but either the employee who took my order wasn't in a good mood or I must of bothered her in some way not sure how because all I did was place my order I didn't do or say anything else. Went over to a table and sat down, I wondered why it was taking so long and saw my order on the counter which was sitting there for at least 10-15 mins (didn't hear anyone call my # out but that's my fault) just wondered why somebody couldn't of got my attention since I was the only customer in the building! Found this place by accident ... Very nice Taco Bell they have all new interior. The food was great usually when I get my favorite cheesy fiesta potatoes there not usually fresh in this case they were perfectly fresh and crispy!! Besides good food and good interior the service was great. CURTIS took my order very polite well mannered young man! Also very hard working he was cleaning the tables and moping in between new customer arrivals. I don't know if I'll be back because I'm not from this area but was super satisfied in every way!!! read more

I had never encountered such unwarranted rude behavior in my life before a recent visit to this Taco Bell location. Ordering went fine and I sat down to wait for my food. It was taking longer than normal but it was busy which I understood. Then the person before received their food. Then the person behind me, and then the one behind them and so on. I went to the counter after a reasonable amount of time to ask about my order and the employee took my receipt and walked away without even responding to me or apologizing (by this time it had been about 20 minutes). The employee returned and said someone must have taken my order. This is probably because they were setting everyone's food on the counter and walking away without calling out which order number it was or attempting to get it to the right person. I assumed at this point they would make my food quickly (since I had been waiting now for 25 minutes. Another 5 minutes had passed (as other customers were still getting their orders) before I was done waiting and I wanted a refund. There was finally a brief blip where I could make eye contact and talk to an employee (they were actively avoiding other customers as well) and ask for one but she literally looked at me and walked away. When she came back I said it again and this time she said a manager has to do it. Okay. The manager comes after another few minutes and without a word to me starts processing a refund. She hands me cash and doesn't say anything and I left. Being busy is one thing but being completely unprofessional and not admitting when mistakes are made so blatantly is unacceptable and I don't want to go to another Taco Bell ever again. Go here only if you're inches from death by starvation but be aware your food might not come at all. read more

Don't you hate it when you pull to the window to get your order and you look at the person behind the counter and ask if everything was right, and of course they say yes then you drive home. You have the kids sit at the table ready to eat to find out there orders were wrong.
