Got new shredded beef taco which is supposed to come with a red sauce on the side didn't get that. Cheese for the nachos and cheese is 1/4 filled. I live near this Taco Bell location so I do come by a couple times a month when I get the craving. I've gone into the store once as I usually just utilize the drive thru. This location has to be the most consistent I've come across, the food always tastes good and the drive thru line goes by pretty dang quick! The workers are what you expect for a fast food place (just doing their job which I'm totally fine with), I personally have never had a problem with the service here. Very disappointed as no longer selling tostadas, yet they were selling them 2 weeks ago! What has changed? Was in the drive through and saw some ants crawling on drive through window (inside). Then saw a bunch of ants walking around on the steel top table the soda machine was sitting on (for drive through drinks). Pretty grossed out that the employees just seemed to be working around the ants instead of staying on top of it and wiping them off and sanitizing the counter. Just made me think that if this is visible to customers...I really wonder about the kitchen area that can't be seen. Won't be going back. I expect every food establishment will at one point have ants but to ignore them walking around en mass in a food area is inexcusable. Also, taco shells are consistently extra thin/brittle and crumble and break each and every time. I've even complained to a manager at one point, and have mentioned all of this in the surveys, but nothing changes. They'll take your money but will not give you what you pay extra for. Extremely slow, employees are moved in and out because management fails at hiring decent people and train employees and ownership fails at hiring decent management because they're tight wads! Pay someone to run this establishment. As much as I like Taco Bell in a pinch for time or being lazy with a meal I will never give this place my money again.
