You can never go wrong with Taco Bell! One of the best locations, we stopped by on our drive up. Not gonna lie, we had to get off the interstate, took the exit and drove in a bit. It was maybe midnight when we arrived, so most of the businesses were closed (obviously), but went into drive-thru, and the service was great as well. Despite, long hours, the staff was friendly and kind. We left the area and gotten back on the interstate. We stopped by the nearest rest stop to eat and we realized we had gotten more than what ordered, so thank you TB for that! read more

The service is extremely slow. The staff is not friendly and not helpful. I ordered before I got there thinking that it might go faster but I was wrong. And to make matters worse the temperature is freezing. It must be 65 degrees and my husband who never gets cold says it's around 62 I actually saw one of the customers wearing a hoodie and gloves . This Taco Bell ROCKS!! We go to this Taco Bell almost every night because it is quick and open late since I work late-night bartending shifts. We are regulars at this point. Connor is THE best manager around. And Bryan at the window knows us personally at this point. 2 employees stood behind the counter, looking down at me stranding at the register, then a third walked up and told me to use the kiosk. When I asked why they couldn't use the 2 available registers she said "I don't know they said I couldn't". Not crowded but many kids on the kiosks. Every time I come to Taco Bell they mess up my food or giving me someone else's order , how hard is it to make a dang taco

As usual they have screwed up an other order. And as usual they do not answer the phone. So $39.00 gets you supreme burritos with only meat, cheese?? Bean burritos with Onion and red sauce and beans only! This is not the first time either it is actually the 3rd time that this store has screwed up our order or served bad food. 3 Spicy tostadas ordered had shell base stale and not chewable at all. Just had to scrape the salads from top. The Nachos chips were stale and again not chewable! The table was dirty and we had to clean the table. 2 year old baby was with us and her high chair was dirty. Again we had to clean that. When my sis-in-law told the manager of Taco Bell that the Tostada shells were not chewable at all as they were not crispy or warmed up well, she said they don't warm up anymore! Just yesterday we had Tostada at Madison Taco Bell and it was nice warm and crunchy shell. Not a good service at all. A big No-No....!!! read more

Horrible service. After charging us for the full order, they gave us less than half of what we had ordered. We were on a long road trip, so we didn't realize it til we were too far away.
