Just a normal burger. Nothing special to me. Prices are in range. Service average.. parking was difficult.

Typical 5 Guys experience! Happy to see the dining room was open and you could eat inside because, at the time, it was raining. Pretty clean facility-- tables, chairs, and bathroom. The only thing I didn't see were high chairs. Maybe they had them in a corner somewhere. No matter, we bought our own. Food was fresh and fast. I got a little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onions, and extra pickles-- always excellent. We ordered a small fry and enjoyed it amongst the three of us, plus the baby. This is the first time we ordered a milkshake and I was pleasantly surprised! I typically don't like vanilla shakes, but this one was pretty good. My stepson added some of my husband's rootbeer to his to make a float. Staff was polite and friendly! No complaints here. If we are in the area again, I'm sure we'll be back. read more

They made my burger to damn near perfection. The fries were a little extra soggy tonight . I was not a fan of those but the peanuts filled the food. I will definitely have to come back for another burger but I will have to check those fries next time. read more

As always five guys is spot on good.. the burgers are so good fixed to order and the fries were so good hand cut. So this place actually has a cold free style open for use inside along with seating. During covid it's nice to see a place getting back to normal.. the only drawback is it's pricey. The burger, fries, and drink would cost around $15 read more

1 small cheeseburger 1 double meat hamburger and a large fry out the door for 20 worthless murkin dollars. The large fry was enough to feed a family of 4 by itself. This is the first time at a 5 guys restaurant so not sure if a large fry is the same elsewhere but they gave us the equivalent of about 4 sixteen ounce cups. They filled the bag to the top with fries. Everything was fresh and hot and good. Recommended. At least this store I recommend. Also peanuts are free :) 4 out 5 stars because No place is perfect. read more

We went on a Sunday afternoon. I've been to various Five Guys before and have never been disappointed. This one was no exception. It's a pit pricey but the food is always good. They kept the restaurant clean despite being busy. read more

Soooo good!! I had it door dashed!! Everything was yummy!! Cajun fries were okay, but those bacon cheeseburgers were fire and got me so full

This place is wonderful!! A bit pricey but you will always leave happy and full! Burgers are cooked perfectly and do not get the regular fries people!! Remember it must be the Cajun Fires always!! I can honestly say I haven't had a bad meal here . This place is always neat and clean so you don't have to worry and your food is cooked in front of you you can't go wrong people !! Ok, 5 guys is a gut bomb and that is what you are buying.. Just understand there is nothing healthy in this place. But, I give it two stars due to the horrible customer service and, even though the place was empty, it took forever to get a meal. Behind the counter they were all chit chatting about some work place drama instead of cooking and serving food. No chance I will return to this 5 guys. When I get an urge for the gut bomb, I will go to another. read more

Typically Five Guys (5G) is a place that gives me yummy burgers. This is the first 5G where I had a fairly bland burger. It's still better than any other fast food joint. They gave us enough fries to make a small country of people fat. read more

Hot dog at 5 Guys? Not bad but pricey. Dog, lil fries and small drink, just under 10 bucks.

This place has excellent burgers with a large selection of toppings, and their fries are made with peanut oil and have a unique flavor that I really love. The only downside to this place it's that it is kind of pricey for just a burger and fries, but I would say that it is well worth it. read more

Nice old fashioned burgers...you can taste the difference in quality versus most everywhere else which has processed frozen garbage. French fries come in a cup and are well worth it. Will be here again... read more

Great food! We stop in Dalton each year on our way South. Quick service, and friendly!

Had never been here before, guy was kinda pushy to take our order when I literally just said, haven't been here before give me a second. Was unimpressed, small burgers and super pricey when I could have went to cookout for the same quality burger for a much cheaper price. We got two burgers and two drinks = 22 odd dollars. On top of that, offers no meal option and i'm not a huge fan of that. Not worth the hype I've been told about them over the years. read more

1 person working. No one answered the phone when I tried to order before I got there. And the lady working was rude and could care less. She didn't say hi when I walked up and looked very inconvenienced and cut me off while I was ordering. I'm sure the food is as good as normal but this isn't the service I expect from 5 guys. read more

The service and atmosphere was nice and upbeat. I enjoyed the variety of toppings (at no extra charge) and the casual demeanor. Of course, the food was also delicious. I wish that I had brought the kids to help us finish of the large BAG of fries! I wasn't expecting that much bang for my buck, but I'm happy I got it. read more
