No matter what time of day this tacobell is guaranteed to mess up even the simplest of orders. I don't think I've ever been there and had my order be fully in the bag. So many times things are missing, a receipt? No they don't even ask if you want it, they seem to not give it in order for you to not be able to go back inside to correct something. Nonetheless to leave a horrid review like this place deserves. Every other fast food place seems to have it together except for this one. There's always something going on or someone with an attitude or just having what you say go in one ear and out the other. Terrible place. Could be better if they hired competent staff. UPDATE: 30 or so minutes later....I am throwing up! I am now massively sick to my stomach!! I do not think this restaurant is capable of improvement. 1. Health department should shut it dow!! Filthy, filthy, filthy! No excuse for this! 2. They have absolutely no clue how to give customer service. I ordered something then told... we dont have them. There is a huge hole in the parking lot by the drive thru. Has been there for months!! (6 or more). At night ir when there was snow...you cannot see it. couldn't figure out their payment system then got our order wrong missing items or putting wrong items. the food was disgustijg. a taco had barely even a sliver of meat. had to go into the restaurant to sort it and what I saw was a filthy kitchen and eating area. then got home to find they had double charged us for the meal. now stuck in a 7-10 business day dispute process with the bank. miracle we didn't get food poisoning. read more

This Taco Bell is fine. The food is usually pretty decent but the cinnamon twists sometimes taste really gross. Everyone who works there is nice. The bathroom is super gross though. The food is standard KFC Taco Bell quality, but if there is a drive thru line longer than 2 cars, you will be waiting for at least 30 minutes and that's not an exaggeration. I don't know what their doing in there, but it doesn't seem like it's very productive. Not pleased. read more

Although the food was what you'd expect here and decent enough, I could not find one clean table to sit at. There was food goop on all of them, a few leftover cups, and spilled food on the floor under several. Nobody wipes down the tables. They need to address these cleanliness issues when customers want to sit down and eat their food. That said, the young guy behind the counter was great--friendly, polite, helpful and all smiles. Good kid. He should get a raise. But someone really needs to clean up those dirty tables. From now on, I'm only going though the drive thru. read more

I really wish that this was a solid and reliable Taco Bell location but it's not. The back where they make the food is always a huge mess, the orders seldom come out correct, and it takes forever. It shouldn't take 20 minutes for three hard tacos, a bean burrito and some nachos. read more

We love taco bell and we will continue to eat at this one, but only because it is the only one around. It's usually pretty slow and the last 3 times we went they messed up our order (missing burrito, chicken instead of cheese, etc). The time before that they didnt know I was at the drive through.... in a 22 foot long truck.... so, the food tastes fine usually, but the service is pretty bad. read more

This Taco Bell is awful. I agree with Kelly B. that this is probably the worst Taco Bell I've visited. Id say every time I go there and order it's 50/50 whether I get what I want. If you do get what you want, it looks like they use about 60% of the required food to make whatever it is you ordered. Not only that, but it tastes like most of what is in whatever you ordered sat around too long. Under-cooked rice in burritos (crunchy) or chicken that tastes hard. Somehow it manages to all come out cooler than it should also, you don't get a hot meal, but a warm meal. I flew out to Denver last week and had Taco Bell at the AIRPORT and it was night and day difference. A+ for the Taco Bell at Denver International. Corporate really should do something, retraining, put someone on-site to oversee this bunch, or fire the lot of them and restart. Avoid if you can, unfortunately this one is the only one within 15 miles. read more

This is the most dirty Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff is not well trained the or very friendly. It's an open kitchen and you can see the grease on the floor and food line totally trashed. Lettuce and beef everywhere. Obviously the manager doesn't care about cleanliness or the presentation of the restaurant. I think they need a surprise visit from the health inspector. read more
