Not a single table was clean, order was wrong and nobody from the counter would even look at me when I wanted it to be corrected, eventually I gave up and the rest of my order was cold by the time I gave up. I ordered a Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito at Taco Bell 190 Dominion Place in Bristol, VA. When I opened the wrapper, I noticed that the cheese shreds were uncooked, but that's ok because I like cold cheese, and I had eaten most of the burrito before I looked at what I was eating....I saw what I think was hamburger meat. Disappointing Decades I was by my local Taco Bell today and noticed that certain menu items had returned to celebrate the 60's thru the 90's decades. I was pretty happy about the Meximelt returning to the menu and haven't ate at Taco Bell since it was removed. This has been one of my favorite menu items at Taco Bell since Middle School. I occasionally ate Meximelts during the 90's, the 2000's and up until they took it off the menu, along with the taco salad, the 7 layer burrito, the chili cheese burrito....and pretty much everything else that I liked. I used to pay ninety-nine cents for a Meximelt and would always order three of them since they were small. Now, each Meximelt is $3.00 and lacked the flavor it once had. I found it to be very bland in taste, and I think it's missing the cilantro. It's probably missing some other ingredients as well. For the price it's not worth it. Also, us older folks do not want to download Apps to our phones just to order fast food. If I had an App for every place I went, (every place I ate and shopped) nothing would be fast.... including my phone. I miss the days when places like Taco Bell weren't so greedy that they couldn't pay a cashier to take customer orders, payments, and give quality service. Now, customers are just expected to place their own orders and cash themselves out. I feel like I'm wearing a whole lot of hats these days and Taco Bell is not paying me a dime. Here sums up my taco bell experience RUDE worker threw my order to me and workers were screaming at each other and you could here workers mumbling explicit language And things that did not need to be said at work and there was charcoal in my crunch wrap and workers were more greasy than food maybe try going to Chick-Fil-a than this place read more

Honestly if I could give no star to this Taco Bell I would. I ordered three things crunch wrap, chicken quesadilla, and Doritos loco taco. The only thing that came out ok was the Doritos loco taco. The crunch wrap had only half the ingredients in it and was loosely wrapped, the chicken quesadilla only had four bites worth eating the rest was just shell and it wasn't grilled long enough. And it had another shells burnt shell with it as well. A positive note is they were short on the hot sauces when asked. read more

3rd time in a row -- tacos barely have any ingredients in them at all - hardly any meat , lettuce or cheese -- and my Doritos supreme was like that and didn't have sour cream or tomatoes !! This place is horrible !! read more

The evening and night crew are too busy playing around and talking to be bothered to make sure there is enough "meat" available for a single taco. Went there. Had to wait 20 minutes for neat to cook. Should have started cooking it as soon as they started getting low. Bad management. Manager on duty just hangs out at front and talked to her friends that came in. Prompt service with a smile. As a vegetarian and taco lover Taco Bell is my most frequented fast food place. This was one of my best Taco Bell experiences. The young lady (wish I had her name to give her props) who was working the drive-thru was super friendly and it's the first time I've ever been given the option of choosing refried (pinto) beans or black beans. The items I ordered were made well and super delicious (spicy potato soft tacos, cheesy gordita crunch, & cheese quesadilla.) It's also the first time I've ever received mints at a Taco Bell. I have been to this location a few times now and although I don't think it's the best Taco Bell out there, I have not had a one star worthy experience. The employees here have been nice, the food has been tasty, but the service is a little slow. read more

By far the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. They are incredibly slow. I only had a small simple order and still waited in line 30 minutes. Then they tossed my order in a paper bag even though they asked me is it for here or to go and I plainly said here. My food was just barely warm and the tacos were just barely half full. Will never be back. The Taco Bell just down from the Pinnacle is much better. read more

Went through the drive thru and had ordered 4 queso 12 pack of naked chicken chips and 12 pack cinnabons , first they give me cold cinnabons after i asked for fresh ones so the drive thru had us pull around which is fine then the same dude comes out and gets the cold ones which is fine as well i dont wont cold food he then offeres me a freezy or regular fountain drink so we take him up on a strawberry freezy then the manager zack brings out my fresh cinnabons and i ask him about the drink he gets extremely rude and tells us we cant have one unless we pay for it my point is dont offer me something then change your mind about it that is the worst experience i have EVER gotten from there so i wont be returning to this location read more
