Went through the drive-through order the food asked for two tacos without the lettuce and tomatoes on it and cheese just a meat and tortilla. What do we get everything's done it when I take him back in there the lady in Worker says she doesn't make mistakes so the guy took him back in there and told her I just want the chicken and tortillas. What did she do? She make a taco with cheese and meat. I'm like ma'am I don't want anything on it just to tortilla and chicken so we made them she told me I can keep the other ones I don't want it so I end up tossing them away and taco salad. We have to go to war for to get my money back. She wanted to make me something else and I explained to her if the rice is bad I don't want anything else here so we had to go back-and-forth for a minute, but end up getting my money back in the long run. read more

However, yesterday, when I walked in, the girl took my order at the counter, and they had my food ready in about the same time it took for me to make my drink! Employees are slow and unprofessional. Lobby is always closed and food is always cold by the time you get it. If the app provides pickup inside why are the doors locked and nobody to be seen inside? If you like cold food that's incorrect this is the spot. read more

If there is a problem with any business, there is a problem with its management. There is never a more true statement. I know nothing about the restaurant industry, but there are two non-negotiables for me when I visit an eating establishment. It must be clean and the employees cannot be rude or act like they would rather be somewhere else. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again. The floors, table tops, and counters were all disgusting. Water was standing in the women's bathroom floor flowing out into the main eating area. The men's restroom hadn't been cleaned in only God knows when. The lady behind the cash register told the other employees she had to go #2 and would be a while in the bathroom. I felt like I needed a shower after I left there. My wife said that if she feels like the main eating area is dirty, she never goes into the bathroom because it will be even nastier. She was right. My daughter stated that you would never find a Chic-Fil-A bathroom or restaurant nasty like this one. This only reflects one thing, piss poor ownership and management!
