I came here to get lunch and parked my car for a moment to grab an item at the store across the street. Before I went through the drive-thru I was met with a teenaged lackey trying to get my car towed. This happened within 3 minutes. If you plan on keeping customers, the draconian parking enforcement is going to affect that. Completely apart from this, I've ordered two inedible Mexican Pizzas from here in the past, and today was my final visit because I ordered yet another that tasted bitter, and of old, unclean frier oil. WORST "FAST" FOOD EXPERIENCE MY ENTIRE LIFE. I placed my order, walked ten minutes to the location expecting it to be ready. It wasn't. And it wasn't busy at all so I was suspicious. But I waited. Another 10 min passes. So I ask if my order exists in their system. I see them talking about messing up the bumping on it. Dont mention anything to me, and they don't address me again. Then another 20 minutes pass. By this point around 10 ppl in the store who have ordered after me have been served. The employees do not address me. I have to ask once again where my order is 40 minutes after placing. They then realize the mistake. Make my order in under 2 minutes. I barely get half of an apology, and no offer for a refund, voucher or anything. When they messed up not once... BUT TWICE. I also wouldn't be this irritated if it wasn't for the fact that the last time I went my order took 45 minutes but that was bc they were swamped and prioritized drive thru completely over in store customers. Either way yeah I'm never giving this location another dime of my money. And I'd recommend you don't either. We went there on a weekend and it was very busy-it's downtown after all so expected it. Went through the drive thru which took a long time, the person was courteous but I could tell stressed. Got our order and it clearly was not ours-I had to park and go inside. Once I went inside I was told by the manager that our order was for Grubhub, they were training several new people and they had mixed them up. The manager was extremely apologetic, I appreciated their honesty. They gave me the correct order and I went on. I'm giving them 4 stars because the food was fine, the staff was very nice and the place was clean. Food takes about 40 minutes to long everytime you order. Staff are an absolute disgrace to American customer service (and thats saying a lot considering ...) Everytime I've been to this location there is more customers coming in the door than there is leaving it and its confusing because personally I've always thought of Taco Bell as fast food but sadly atleast at this location that is not the case by any standards that matter. I'd like to look generously on the staff on a busy night however it's difficult to do that when you order food and receive it 50 minutes after your order only to be approached with an awful attitude and borderline disrespectful tone. Hello! I was in Bloomington with my daughter and her basketball team. We played a tournament and went in for a quick bite to eat. There was an older woman working the front counter who was incredibly rude to our entire party. I was floored and that a local business in a college town could be so rude. The service was slow, the food was not hot or good and the lady at the front desk was unbearably rude. They made us feel unwelcome on a day we were trying to enjoy with our kids. I like beef enchiritos. So I go here to get a beef enchirito and some tacos for the boys and what not. I get home, pop the movie in the player, open the bag, no enchirito. Grrr. Drive myself back over to this taco bell and lay out all the details in the case of the missing enchirito to some woman in a star wars headset. She tells me it could not possibly have been missed, because she made it herself (though she did not take my order, my money, nor bring the food to my car... never interacted with her before, it was some dood who brought the bag minus the enchirito). Setting: A cold, winter Sunday at 7:45 PM We pulled up to the Talk box and immediately knew we were in for a "treat". After repeating our order 3-4 times with a long pause in between each request *no changes to items*. After almost leaving the local corporate cantina due to extended wait but no change in the length of the line, we pull up to the window and are asked 2-3 times what kind of sauces we would like.
