This place always has a wait! No matter the day or time, whenever I pass by, there are people in the drive-thru. I've never been inside this location, but it's never quick stop when we order something from the car. I will say that our orders (so far) have always been correct, so maybe that's why it takes a while to get through the line. Or that they are preparing the food after you order. I just left here. My order was incorrect. The food was sloppy. I asked for a for, the person at the drive thru said out of fork. I asked for a spoon, he said out of spoons as well. I finally got out of the car went on the inside. There were 200 firsts and spoons sitting in holders for dine in area. Sad!! read more

I know that I've had some bad experience at this location in the past, but that been months ago and Taco Bell is still the place to go for cheap food during the overnight hours after leaving a party or if you're craving tacos at 1:00am in the morning. Since then, the service has improved over time and I like that they added a $5 dollar box combo (you get a good amount of food) on there menu for anyone that doesn't want to spend $7 dollars or more on a regular combo. The drive thru can get back up depending on the time or the days you choose to come. read more

When Doordash support called the store, the person said said I ordered something different even though the app and the receipt showed I ordered the correct item. They refused to give a refund. I really don't want to see another restaurant close in my community but at this rate they've just lost another customer who will travel to another location to buy food. read more

employees smoke weed at the front door and leave half smoked blunts and roaches on the brick walls at the entrance. there's always an issue with your order they either take far too long, completely forget your order, or they'll argue with you about you not receiving what you ordered and paid for. they blast vulgar music in the kitchen and have nasty attitudes. terrible terrible location and I have no idea how all this has gone on for so long, I can say for sure it's been this way for over a year just from what I've personally seen read more

For THIRTY FIVE minutes we have been trapped in this line. HOrrible customer service Pathetically slow- the girl taking the orders in the drive through couldn't repeat any order correctly. One car sat for 20 minutes placing their SIMPLE, 3 item order. Once we got to the window, the food came out quickly- it was not correct but that wasn't their fault. Chips were so stale, I couldn't even eat them. The Manager would not come to the window when we asked to speak to her/him, nor would anyone answer the phone when I called to complain. Absolutely terrible. I thoroughly enjoy Taco Bell and I try to get it whenever I have a craving. Well I stop by this location tonight and they completely got my $35 worth of orders completely wrong. Sour cream was on everything. Cheese was on everything. I am lactose intolerant and specified when I ordered how I needed my meal to be prepared and I get home and literally none of it is edible to me. I will never eat at this location again. Felt like I got "scammed". I had never ordered a party pack of crunchy tacos. I looked at the menu online before I left and was expecting to order the 12 pack supreme that was listed at $15.99. When I got to the restaurant, I was asked if I wanted a 10 pack - thinking this was something new, I ordered 6 supreme and 4 reg. tacos. Came to $20.13!!!! I was rushing to get to my Mother's house to take dinner after she was released from the hospital and didn't have time to deal with it. I thought maybe I had made a mistake in the 12 pack price when I looked online. The receipt showed a taco and burrito pack for $12.90 plus an additional $5.40 for supreme tacos. WTF?? We ate there for breakfast, on the second day since they started it. The assistant manager was SUPER nice and came to check on us while we were eating. That has seriously never happened at a Taco Bell. It was clean and they were well stocked. Onto the food...I ordered a sausage AM crunchwrap, my husband ordered a steak AM crunchwrap, and a bacon taco. Everything was delicious. They put the quesadilla sauce in the steak crunchwrap and that made it awesome. We ordered a bacon waffle taco to share, and that was my least favorite. It had a good taste but it was awkward to hold and messy if you dipped it in the syrup. I go through this drive through quite a bit and the people working the intercom are always really nice and patient. This is probably the best Taco Bell on this side of town. read more

This is in a good location, and the staff is nice, but they need to look into redoing their parking lot and drive thru area. If you have to get out of the drive thru lane - too bad. You are STUCK. But other than that, it's your typical Taco Bell. Never had any issues with them at this location. They always get my order correct. read more

Good service, typical taco bell food. Clean atmosphere. For some reason it was packed with teenaged kids eating dinner at 930 at night which we thought was odd. We think it is a Children of the Corn (tortilla) situation where they all killed their parents and went out to feast, but i never read that story in the papers so i guess we were wrong. read more

What I look for when I go to in place is friendly customer service, I look for my food to come out quick I didn't like the fact that I waited inside for someone to take my order nobody was inside and there wasn't a line in the drive thur. Horrible customer service!!!!!Was treated like crap by the drive thru attendant and/or manager on duty. The drive thru attendant took my order. While I was waiting on my total or to be told to pull up to the window a second person came over the speaker to take my order again. Once again I was simply waiting for my total or to be told to pull up to window. The person working drive then yelled are you gone pull up or what!!!!!! I told her I was waiting for the total or to be told to pull up to window. The response I got was ,"My manager said you ain't getting no food here and you gone have to go somewhere else". At this location once you make your order you are trapped until you pull past the drive thru window. I stopped at the window to ask what did I say that caused me and my family to be denied service but I was not given a reason or allowed to speak to the manager on duty.
