Ai to make an order, pull up to the window and it takes over 5 minutes to get someone at the window...what the hell is going on here people

Could this app add 0 stars because the employees are so lazy that I saw one fall asleep in the kitchen and my food took 3 hours. Some employees couldn't speak English and this place is located in a bad neighborhood. Some employees asked each other to do something for them. They messed up my order and at one point two employees got into a fight and swore at each other. The food was terrible especially since they messed up my order. I asked for a large nacho fries and a regular Doritos locos tacos and a Baja blast but they gave me a Doritos locos taco supreme (I hate sour cream and it's Taste), A regular size nacho fries, and a Pepsi. Management sucks. Never again. read more

We decided last minute to stop and pick up dinner. The receipt says the name Tavia. They were so helpful and friendly. The order was correct, they didn't miss condiments, napkins etc. Well done, thank you. read more

Picked my drive thru order at 1:35 am, reached home around 1:50 am. We all sat down to eat, and realized received someone else order. Called the store 2 times, nobody picked up the phone. Called 3rd time, person was very rude, said "he is done for the day, cannot deal with the issue of incorrect order". Asked for his name twice, he said he wont give me his name and to deal with it tomorrow morning. My family that was sitting around me, said why this guy is so rude to you. You have an employee who is so frustrated and rude to me. Instead of apologizing to me, and promising me to make the order right next time, he was upset with me for calling about my wrong order. Very rude person, never will visit this Taco Bell. His response was literarily "I am done for the day" "talk to someone tomorrow and see if they like to take care of you." I do not understand why he has to be so frustrated, since I am the one that received my whole order wrong. read more

I've ordered delivery and gotten drive thru. Order is always correct, down to the sauces. The main drawback is that it seems they always ask you to pull forward and wait. One time I even ordered online ahead of time, and still had to wait. I had to pull forward twice, so the person behind me could pull forward to wait. Not sure why there is always a holdup, but it's the only negative. read more

I love this place, their burritos are delicious and filling, the staff are always nice, and when they sometimes don't get my order right, they compensate me fully. I miss the loaded potato burritos, but the bean and rice are good too. The place is usually clean, the menu items are diverse and all taste amazing, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I like nice staff because rude people make me nervous, so I like going to taco bell. The service could be a little faster, but overall a great place to get food. read more

I ordered 3 tacos which I didn't receive. This made me lose approximately $5 which could have gone to a better cause. I will no longer trust this taco bell. They took advantage of me and several friends ordering meals as well. When I came home... to find my 3 tacos were not in the bag, you do not understand the disappointment I had in them. When I called to address the issue, they gave me an unpleasant attitude on the phone and did not believe my receipts. DO not trust this taco bell. Honestly think its kinda bad , everyone looks like the want to die on the inside , No one listens when youre in the drive thru. I asked for no tomatoes and i am highly allergic and they still put them on my taco, setting myself up for failure every time. Youd think youd get a taco with some good presentation but it rains lettuce when you open the wrapping and the taco immediately falls apart when you lift it up , its thinner than a piece of paper. pretty sure its an old taco shell that they just heat up for later. The top of every drink i get falls off , I have spilt all over me thinking youd get a secure lid. Cant be trusting these hoes for real. need to be better. read more

Went through the drive thru 8-19-20 and ordered the $5 loaded nachos box along with a couple tacos. After I drove away, I looked in my bag with the tacos in it, and there were no napkins, and no fork or other utensil for the loaded nachos. To me this is just plain inconsiderate on the employee's part! Had to eat messy loaded nachos with my hands, and no napkins even! we stopped here for dinner on our way to Canada and we got 6 beefy frito burritos replacing the beef with beans. We got well made stuffed burritos that filled us up pretty good. The staff was very nice and well mannered. I recommend this place to any mexican food/ taco bell lover. read more

I am about done with this franchise. I have literally had about 20 experiences here where the food is made incorrectly. My name is in their "book" so many times I could host a Thanksgiving type meal with the amount of product they owe me. So, I stop going. Right? Until today. Frequently gives out the wrong order, i've been here for more than a half hour and still haven't got my food. The cashier said this happens sometimes, this shouldn't happen at all if they were well trained...this Taco Bell probably serves there shit on a platter and serves it cold, they don't even bother to heat it up... I come here semi-regularly for lunch and now breakfast while in the area for school. Every time I come here, I'm greeted with outstanding customer service, especially from the register operators. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast items. The breakfast menu is the best that I have had in comparison to the other fast food chains. The service is quick and the food is affordable and you get a good amount for the price you pay. Though I usually come here for the Baja Blast and chicken quesodillas, the food is consistently made well and tastes delicious, especially when I'm craving meat and cheese. This would definitely have to be my favorite fast food chain and one of my favorite stores to visit. Keep up the good work! read more

Went here for lunch. Held a taco shell up to my ear and I swear I could hear the ocean. Got a few blank stares when I asked to ring the Taco Bell. Don't try to bring your own margaritas in. They frowned upon that. Food was delicious. read more
