Fucking horrible took over 40 minutes for my food. People came in after me and got their food before me. This place sucks do not go here.

Wow! What happened to this "fast food" restaurant? This store has got to be the slowest and least professional of all the locations I have visited here in Billings. While counter and ordering systems remain great, the service and quality of food that comes from the back has definitely gotten worse over the last year. Whether it is counter/ kiosk or drive thru the wait times are atrocious (20-30 minutes) from time of order to getting it in front of you. I will say that the restaurant is still well kept inside, which is nice because you are going to be enjoying it for quite some time while waiting for your food. The drive thru order errors and missing items (like napkins and silverware) as well as order wait times (even after you finally get to the window!) is one reason to avoid this location if you are in a hurry!! In the lobby, wait times and order errors are just as rampant, the only takeaway here is you can go to the counter and get things changed instead of having to turn your car around. Oh, and I hope you don't mind a long wait to get those errors corrected. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone in a hurry. They should relabel this restaurant to "half-fast food" (the other meaning works too!) I'm gonna try the other locations. I have given this one enough chances! read more

Wow!... Taco Bell has really gotten their crap together. I've always liked the food, but the service has always been so poor and the place is usually filthy. Now the outside is all cleaned up and the landscaping is a lot better, plus the dining room is clean! And it looks like it's going to stay that way as I said hi to a very friendly attendant who was busy cleaning and sweeping most of the time I was there. Great service as well. A very friendly Cashier who not only took my name for the order, used my name as I left to say "Goodbye". Very nice! I'm attaching a photo of my Hard Shell Supreme. They have a way of packaging that is very nice. You open it up (and hard shells are messy mind you) and there no lettuce or tomato spread out across the wrapper. The food is all where it should be... If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I order there they always get it wrong. It's super frustrating

I ordered two frito burritos and a triple Layer nacho on Saturday. The burritos where not what other stores in town make in the same way. Both burritos was mostly meaty and spicy, and I can't even taste the Fritos at all. There was very little cheese that I could not taste on both. One of the burritos I didn't even get to the rice till the last few bites, I gagged on that one. I think they need to up there game since it wasn't even busy at all. It's fast food you can't expect much. But don't waste your time or money here! 45 min wait for food is ridiculous when there is only 3 people ordering. 4 employees at the register on their phones. My husbands entire order was wrong and my food wasn't in the bag. How the F does it take that long and you still mess up half the order and forget the other half? I usually like this place but who ever was working tonight was terrible, I ordered a Mexican pizza and when they gave it to me it was hanging half way out of the box and the rest was smashed so hard again the lid it was stuck to the top and just fell apart when I opened it. I called and set up a meeting with manager and he wouldn't discuss the issue in the store due to customers. He filed out an incident report and promised to get back to me to let me know how this will be handled. HE DID NOT! Shows me how little that meant to them...I strongly recommend you not eat here! Message me if you have questions and can give you the exact dates! They are supposed to wear gloves and at that time,when I went in for the 6pm meeting there were people in the kitchen w/o gloves! I am a frequenter of their drive thru. I really love Taco Bell and enjoy this particular stores location, it seems like it may have been through a recent remodel and is efficient and fast. I walked in at 8 AM, so I was the only person in the place. They had an equipment issue that resulted in a lack of fried options, so the manager hooked me up with a special side item to make up for it. I got basically a flour tortilla like very little meat average amount of cheese next to no lettuce a little bit of sour cream but for the most part it was just a flat tortilla I've been to a lot of Taco Bell's and never not once have I had almost just a tortilla soft taco shell for my meal. What a crap taco bell. First they messed up my order at the drive-up and then they still give me the wrong order. It took me an hour to go back and then they gave me my correct order - 2 softshell tacos. How do you screw that up ? Not once, but twice. And they didn't make me pay for my order twice. How generous. I live a few blocks away and I always go to this one they're super nice most of the time especially the night crew but they will tell me that everything's in the bag when I asked and nothings in the bag that I asked about and I get home and then I have to call and I don't wanna come back out so they really need to work on the Percision but the night cruise awesome but the date crew on there is that Anna Lise she has a nose piercing black hair eyeliner everywhere she arm I asked her to please grab me a napkin right away because I was having an issue and she said oh yeah I'll be right back and then she came back a few minutes later and handed me my card and I said can I please have a napkin and she rolled her eyes at me and said yeah and then sheYeah and handed me a paper towel instead of a napkin and kept rolling her eyes and look at me through the window and so I just think that they should really work on the crewmembers but other than that I love them crewmembers and precision read more

Worst customer service ever. Went in and guy who took my order blamed everything on the computer. And said corporate was in town and should fix it. It was going slow i was in no big hurry I told him. Then he got my order all wrong. When I went up to tell them it was wrong they didn't take my bad food back I asked if they could throw it away. But the gal this time said they didn't take food. Well then they should have a trash can closer to the front of the register because when I was ordering I saw at least 3 different people come up and say there food was wrong.
