I just recently went to the Taco Bell to try their new chicken nuggets. I walked in, was able to order quickly and actually felt quite excited. However, even though I was one of few people inside, it took much longer than I expected to actually receive my food. I had waited upwards of 15 minutes for my nuggets. They tasted great, with a seasoning and crispy texture, they were much better than anticipated. The meal came with 10 nuggets, 2 sauces, nacho fries and a large drink of choice for 8.99. Don't come here!!! I never leave reviews but the service absolutely horrid. There was nobody up front, yet a lot of standing around and chatting. there was a creepy worker with glasses brown hair, a hat, and had the "no teeth" jaw who was creeping and profiling my minor girlfriend. he came to the front to stare and when we went to the car, opened to the door to stare and act disgustingly. Service and everything was fine. It wasn't until I was eating my crunch wrap that things went wrong. I got about halfway through eating it when I found a piece of PLASTIC in it. Hey! I'm not big on reviewing fast food restaurants, but this Taco Bell definitely deserves a review. Ummm. Taco Bell breakfast? I probably never would have given it a shot, but my husband and my brother both rave about how amazing it is so I figured why not?! Our family ordered three sausage breakfast crunchwraps and five potato grillers for only $13. We all really enjoyed both of the items! I especially loved that they came out piping hot which means that they weren't sitting there for some time like at other fast food breakfast places. The breakfast crunchwrap was so filling and delicious that I probably didn't need the potato griller, but that was just as good! The grillers are only $1 and they're pretty decent in size and full of flavor! We will definitely keep Taco Bell breakfast in mind whenever we're on the road! It was surprisingly really good! I don't review fast food! We all know what we are getting when we order the cheap convenient crap that is fast food. But this place was an absolute pig hole!! We took our grand daughters in to eat inside because no 2 and 4 year olds need to eat tacos in a car. Right after we ordered, we realized our mistake!! The dining room must not had been cleaned in days! Crap all over the floors, all over the tables! And it was only 10:30 am. This was the best fast food experience I have had in a long long time. Went through the drive thru and ordered our favorites from Taco Bell. The gal taking our order was easy to understand, knowledgeable, and capable. Our order was correct, no perfect! from the extra red sauce and onions to the wrapping of our burritos. It tasted so good, better than other TBs. I have to assume that it was prepared with care and attention. Even more impressive, we were experiencing a mini heat wave and they were upgrading drinks to large for everyone. This was such an impressive experience I am writing a 5 star review of fast food! Kudos to the manager and to all the staff. I will enthusiastically visit again when passing through Auburn. Worth the stop. read more

Very easy to get in and out of, which is important when dealing with Auburn. It was basically the first place we saw so we stopped. There is a light right there, so you don't have to wait on crazy traffic. It's also a straight shot across the street to a Speedway if you need to gas up. The restaurant itself was very clean. Well I was minding my own business walking back to my car with drink and taco in hand and right when I least expected it my unstirdy cup done bursted within my hand. I was in an outrage when the excess fluids began to flow upon my floor and onto my taco. I was absolutely furious with the outcome of the unpredictable cup and it's loose cap that was supposed to fit it. I was going to let this go until my companion told me he spilled his as well. Got up early in the morning and had some things to do in the auburn area. I thought why not get some breakfast at Taco Bell. I get there around 10:35 which is still in the time they should be serving breakfast. As I am waiting in line one of the workers decided its alright to flip all of the menu panels for breakfast over to lunch. When I got to the counter and asked if they were serving breakfast I was told they were not. This isn't the only Taco Bell that does this but when the one in your home town doesn't even open early enough to serve breakfast, this is the next best thing. Food is average but Troy and Dane made my trip worthy of 5 stars. Troy was extremely polite and helped recomend alternative options when i had trouble figuring out what to order. When my food came out Dane was right there calling my name and making sure my order was correct. Paid extra for supreme chicken tacos, recieved regular tacos, paid extra for chicken $5 box (i dont eat beef, dont touch beef per ethical and religious reasons) bit into burrito filled with beef. Went back to store and wanted a refund and food remade. Was told they couldnt help. The freshness and quality of food was greatly lacking as well. The manager (Emily) and helper manager (Brandon) were rude, lied to me, wouldnt take responsibility, and then very sarcastic when i explained i havent eaten beef and bit into a beef burrito because of their mistake. My family went through the drive thru and waited for about 25 minutes for our food just to figure out that the order we got was COMPLETELY messed up so we then turned around to get the order correct and once AGAIN the order was not right, so we went in and told them what was wrong AGAIN and the guys working just gave us the ingredients to put on the messed up order because they "didn't want to remake the taco"... I went with three other friends and here's what's wrong with our orders. Three got nachos and they made them wrong. Their chips were completely stale, they had no crunch at all. One friend got a ton of stuff on her nachos and the other got very little. We didn't get our freezes until 15 minutes after we ordered. They were also very liquidy. They gave my other fried chicken on something when she ordered the seasoned beef. Each one of us ordered something that needed to be put in the Grill press, and each one of our orders came back without the cheese melted even a little bit. Some of our orders were also cold.
