This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! EVER! I came a month-ish ago, went through the drive through to find a sign saying to come dine in with them because they couldn't hear well on the head sets. So I drove around and went in, only to find them serving customers in the drive through. TODAY I went there with my husband. I will never be back after today. We waited for at least 10 minutes before my husband asked where our food was. THEY GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. They claimed they called our name, which they did not. The manager Andrew told us that it was not their fault that our food was taken by someone else, but they were going to re make it for us. 20 minutes later I asked for a refund. I was told that I could wait for my food to get done or get my money back. I was not about to wait any longer for our food! I know this sounds petty, because it's just Taco Bell, but its the point that I spent so much time waiting for my food to get stolen. They should have not let our food get taken by someone else. read more

We eat here all the time. The food is always fresh and what you would hope for from TB. I was VERY impressed last time with the guy working the drive through window, he was fast, knowledgeable and had a refreshing personality. I believe his name was Jeremy? He was running that place & his team seemed happy to be there and working with him. Great job guys, keep it up! Horrible! We used their delivery service though GrubHub and our order was completely wrong! We ordered XXL burrito with steak, plaid extra, and only got beans. No meat at all! Tacos weren't supremes, just plain. Never again. Taco Bell, get your act together! read more

Terrible! We went through the drive through and waited 20 min just to get to the window and another 10 to get our food. All the while the employees are dancing and messing around. We also witnessed an employee wipe his nose on his hand and then cough on what he was making which turned out to be our food. Tried to go in to talk to the manager but they decided to close their doors 20 min early. Now having to wait another 20 min in the drive through lane just to get this straightened out. I went inside to order to make sure my order was heard correctly. While standing in line to order, 2 people from the drive thru came in with a messed up order that needed to be corrected. When it was my turn to order I ordered 5 things and when I was finished I checked my receipt and it was messed up. The first burrito I said wasn't even on the order. I had to get back in line to order again. It seems like they don't even pay attention or care enough. This has happened once before as well. Ordered online to go, got home and found I was shorted a breakfast burrito. Went back spoke to the "manager" short lady, who said she packed it herself and pretty much said I was lying. Been eating here on and off the past 5 years. Food was always nice and fresh tasting, the past 5 months it's really went down. Often the soda machine is Always down now. Tables and floor is sticky and messy. Staff seems to turn over a lot now too. Not sure if new owners or what, but someone needs to clue them in on their business. They got our whole order wrong and a young girl with red hair was very rude and cussing at us and not wanting to fix our order. When we went back over there, the manager didn't even bring the food out, he just had a male worker bring the food out and the young girl was by the front door cussing us out. I opened the food and there was no sauce on the Mexican pizza because they didn't want to make our order. I don't know what kind of ghetto service they have but I will never go back to this location ever. Hire some right people! Will be talking to the management tomorrow. read more

We went to drive thru and we got our order wrong! We asked for one nacho bell grande meal, and ONE 2 chalupa tacos but we ended up getting TWO cruchwraps! I went through the drive thru because I was craving a taco and got home from work late so it was easier. The drive-thru was VERY long! It also moved S L O W! unusually slow! By the time I ordered I was able to see that insider the employees were laughing and running around like chickens without a head. I got to the window and the lady there was nice and apologetic for the wait, which would have been fine had my food been prepared correctly. I don't mind waiting in lines knowing I will get a fresh, good meal. Well, as good as it can get for fast food! I ordered a cool ranch taco supreme. I got a regular taco. I took one bite and it fell literally apart! I ordered a nacho bell grande and it had very little stuff on it and all thrown to one side. It was disappointing. This taco bell is horrible!! There are never any adults in there. Always a bunch if kids behind the counter with very rude attitudes. I live right around the corner and I will never return here again. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, and never knew what the hold up was. On a separate occasion, I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru and then noticed the person in front of me had ordered 42 tacos!!! (If you are placing this big of an order maybe the drive thru isn't the way to go...) Instead of telling the person to pull forward or come inside, it took 20 minutes to get the order complete, and the mile line of cars behind me was insane. Every time they have completely messed up my order. I tried to give them "one more try" but every time has been a complete disappointment. No sense of urgency and the staff is just plain rude. I only gave it one star because I Dont know how to do half a star. Someone needs to get some adults in there and save this place...its awful...I would rather drive to the next town over to another taco bell then drive half a mile to this place because I usually leave mad and angry.... read more

This Taco Bell is a joke. I will NEVER be going back. I went at about 10:30pm and ordered a few things. I waited in line for about 30 more minutes. I looked in my bag after I got it and thought I saw everything. So I went back to my house (which was about 15 minutes away). When I got there, I realized they had forgotten my quesadilla ($4.31 before tax). I was tired and decided to eat before I went back to get it. I then found out that my spicy potato soft taco had like 3 potatoes on it. I kept my receipt. I drove back and had to wait another 20 minutes in line. I got to the window and was pretty sweet about the whole thing. I gave the girl my receipt and told her the issue. She went to talk to her manager, who said no. When the girl came back to tell me, I heard the MANAGER say loudly, "What, does she want me to shit it out?!" That's when I got really mad. I told her how long I had to drive and wait to get this. I said that I wanted something to be done. The manager then came to the window and was absolutely horrible to me. She has red hair. She needs to be fired. She said, "Since you already ate your food, we can't do anything for you." I asked her if I could get my money back then, and she said no. She then sarcastically said sorry and shut the window in my face. I didn't move. Then she threatened to call the cops on me, so I left. I have had missing items before, and have never had a problem getting them later, at Taco Bell or anywhere else. They even usually include free churros or something. I didn't get her name, and they kept my receipt. I wish I had done better, because she really needs to be fired. I will NEVER be going there again, and will be telling everybody I know to avoid it as well. I've never had such an unpleasant experience at a fast food place. Absolutely no respect. I'll likely be going there tomorrow and telling another manager about the experience. I'm disgusted. read more

I understand it's a Taco Bell; and my expectations were already low. But the Taco Bell was not busy when I went today and I had a simple order. I ordered 2 grillers and asked for fire sauce. I waited about 10 minutes at the window after paying, and then the employee tried to hand me a large bag full of food. Apparently the next customer's order. Mine still wasn't ready after this and took an extra minute. I went here for fast food, I was in a bit of a rush, so when my food came up I thanked them and left, only to realize they didn't give me sauce. My food also seemed pretty old, as if in a rush they just used some too-old food they found under a heat lamp. So I was a little disappointed about that. That being said, here's a reminder that it's not acceptable to be rude to employees, even if they are not performing well at their job. At the end of the day it's a cheap experience and you should expect bad quality. This place is worse than it should be though. read more

Terrible service and even worst food. I've been to this location on many occasions and I have to say complete disappointment every time. They get my order wrong almost every time the food is cold and I think there may be some kind of lack in supervision. The food was prepped quickly. The service wasn't the problem. It was the "big booty" clubbing music being played. Not exactly my idea of a family friendly environment. Yes, that was the name of the never ending song playing over the speakers.
