Asked for beans on two tacos instead of meat. Got beef on both. No receipt given either so no real accountability.

Just plain amazing. I had fast service and good food also they didn't waist 30 minutes of my time like McDonald's did tonight.

Walked in to puck up our food as there is a door to the restaurant. There is even a sitting area inside, so it is not a drive thru only as other reviews said. The food was fresh so I'd go back.

It's conveniently located right off of 94, so it's great if you're in a rush to get on the road. I stopped by for a quick lunch and got a small fried chicken and potato burrito combo. Their combos come with a drink and potato ole's. They also ask what sauce you'd like for your ole's and you can choose between nacho cheese, guac, or sour cream. I went with their classic nacho cheese. The food came out pretty quickly and I parked in one of the many parking spots in the lot to eat my food. I thought the burrito was what you'd expect from TJ's - the fried chicken and crispy ole's in the burrito gave it a nice crunch. I would get it again in the future. The side of potato ole's was also extra crispy and golden as always, but where they fell short here was it was way way way too salty. The TJ's seasoning is one I like when they don't load it on like they did here. The potato ole's were almost too salty to eat, and I chugged most of my Pepsi even just eating half of the small size. My mom had a few bites and tasted all seasoning salt. Whoever takes care of seasoning the potato ole's here, needs to have a lighter hand with it, so you can still actually taste the potato part of it.

Started with me sitting for 10 minutes before the waiter said I "snuck in on him" then took my drink order. 10 mins later he finally came and took my food order. The fries were EXTREMELY OVER SEASONED. It was very hard to eat them. The chicken sandwich was extremely basic. Nothing special about it. Just a plain chicken breast on a very basic hamburger bun. And what ever seasoning it had on it just made it taste off. (And on a personal note, not a fan of full leaf lettuce on burgers. Hard to eat ) It was quick in and out for me. I had high hopes but it just fell short for me sorry

The interior is super fun -- bright colors, quirky alien décor everywhere, themed seating, and a playful atmosphere that makes the place feel lively right when you walk in. Even as a 35-year-old, I had a blast checking it all out. The arcade adds to the fun and makes it a great spot if you want something more interactive than a typical dinner out. It definitely feels like a place designed to be memorable rather than just another restaurant. Food-wise, it was okay -- nothing bad, just not the main highlight. The menu items we tried were fine but didn't stand out compared to the overall environment. This is definitely a spot where the aesthetic and theme are the draw, not necessarily the cuisine. One item that didn't quite land for me was the grilled cheese with the cheese "skirt." It looked impressive on the plate, but the flavor didn't live up to the visual. The cheese crisp had more of a burnt, greasy taste than that golden, toasty crunch you hope for, and it kind of overpowered the sandwich instead of adding to it. Cool idea in theory, just not my favorite execution. Overall, Space Aliens is worth visiting at least once for the atmosphere alone, especially if you enjoy themed restaurants or want somewhere fun and different from the usual dinner spots. I dont know of any other themed spots in Minnesota.

We had a grumpy toddler and a spill but the staff seemed completely unfazed and attentive. I didn't ask for more napkins but they appeared, I didn't ask for coloring books but they showed up, and when you're a mom a bit anxious about being out with your children an attentive and kind staff makes a huge difference between a good night and rough night. The food was great, the kids burgers were way larger than I expected, my French chicken (?) was delicious. The burger my husband ordered was certainly made from fresh ingredients, maybe a bit more bland than he expected but that's the only complaint and it won't stop us from coming back for a date night in the future. I also tried the Snickerdoodle holiday cocktail and loved it. To add even more sweet holiday cheer to this review the hostess let my boys pick from a selection of presents under their tree and when my 7 year old got a Barbie (not his style) she told him he could pick another. He got slime and I'm suffering the consequences but still grateful for the Christmas spirit and wonderful time the staff gave us!

Although it's a bit of a hike outside the city, still not too bad on a weekday and it was nice to get out and try something new! It seems like an up and coming area for Monticello and development nearby. We came right at 5 when the restaurant opens and got a seat in the high tops. NOTE! If you want to partake in the happy hour, you have to either sit at the bar or in the high top tables. We didn't know this and wanted their chicken wings on the happy hour menu so ended up switching tables. In addition to the wings, my husband ordered the corn bread app which was pretty good too! Wasn't a huge fan of the spicy butter it came with, but strange but the bread itself was good. The wings had a good seasoning and the house made ranch was really tasty! Surprised there were only wings and no drumsticks which I prefer and the wings themselves didn't have a whole ton of meat on them so I'd give it 3/5 on the apps I ordered the 12oz New York strip and at market price it was $62, came with broccolini and French fries. My husband got the turkey burger which he wasn't a huge fan of he said but he enjoyed the fries. My New York strip wasn't seasoned well - if at all to be honest but thankfully they had some leftover A1 from Mother's Day brunch where the bartender made some bloody Mary's so that helped. Can't say the food was a knockout but the service was really good. The bartender who was our server was conversational, great dude, and offered great suggestions. Host and folks were also really accommodating when we hopped around the restaurant so we could participate in the HH. All in all, great experience and nice place to try!

My wife thought her over-easy eggs were a little too soft and the coffee too bitter to drink without cream. She loved the toast and the berry jam was super good. I had the salmon omelet. If I ever have it again I'll ask them to leave the feta cheese out. There were relatively large pockets of feta and the flavor just clashed with the overall taste. I was going to leave most of the fried sweet potatoes because I'm trying to cut down on carbs but they were so tasty I ate every last one! The toast was good, but I prefer grain bread. I did manage to leave one triangle of bread behind just so I could tell myself I cut out some carbs. The table they set us at was super wobbly. There just isn't any excuse for that. It would probably take less than 5 minutes to flip the table over at the end off the day and adjust the legs and it probably wouldn't ever be wobbly again. Since it was my birthday I ordered, with a lot of encouragement from my wife a slice of carrot cake to go. That was a mistake! I loved the first bite and thought I was in for a real treat but the texture of the cake was more like cornbread and lacked the depth of flavor that even the cheapest carrot cake I've eaten has had.
