She spoke quickly and it was nearly impossible to understand her. When I asked about the specials, she gave the least amount of detail possible. I led the entire conversation and I don't work for Mama Delucas! Now, switch to the good part, the cheese bread was OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! I'm embarrassed to share that I had every intention of snagging a photo of it, but we demolished the box [[on the drive home]]. The sauce is an incredible compliment. If you're in the sticks, and looking for a good take-out pizza, give Mama Deluca's a try! Just be extra patient with the staff. Note: There is no seating option.

Unfortunately, I've tried repeatedly to get in touch with a manager at the Papa Murphy's in Buffalo with no success. I placed and order online Saturday afternoon. I love Papa Murphy's pizza and was excited about having pizza night with my grandkids and the adults. I ordered 3 Mini Murphs for my grandkids to put together, because they eat their food much better when they get to make it themselves. I also ordered 3 large pizzas for the adults and some chocolate chip cookies. When everyone arrived, we got the grandkids all set up to make their pizzas. I handed out the boxes. Only one box had the sauce and cheese. The other 2 had dough only. Luckily, I had some pizza sauce and a little cheese so we were able to make do. Then when I pulled the Hawaiian pizza out of the oven, it didn't look right and I realized it was missing the cheese. I called Papa Murphy's Sunday. There was no manager and was told there would be one at the store in the morning. I called Monday morning and got a staff member who said there wasn't a manager available but took the message and promised to have a manager call me. No phone call. I called again this morning (Wednesday). No manager and it sounded like the same staff member that answered the phone so didn't feel it would make any sense to leave another message. I give up. Like I said in the beginning, I love Papa Murphy's pizza but this service is totally unacceptable.
