I would rate this Taco Bell zero stars if I could. Some of our family absolutely love Taco Bell, but they can not get an order right to save a life. We have resulted to doing in store pick up, so we can watch them make the order and it's easier to fix since we are in the restaurant. We have talked to the manager but it never gets better. Heck the order is in the screen just read it. No sauce means no sauce. No tomato's no dang tomato's. For what you get paid come on now. Today no sauce, and what does he do dump a lot of sauce, reads the screen that says no sauce, shrugs his shoulders, and throws it in the box. Luckily we were there and yelled no damn sauce. To whom it may concern, I don't know how this facility operates during the day but I can tell you at night it is the worst. I work graveyard down the road and really only have 2-3 places to choose on my lunch breaks. This location has rarely gotten my order correct (usually small things like omitting side of nacho cheese sauce that I paid for keep in mind among other things. One night I spent 3/4 of my lunch break waiting in the drive through which consisted of 4 cars total and a group of high school kids who decided to order at the drive through on foot. I could continue this rant about how some of the food seems like it is pre made in anticipation of an order. I have gotten tacos that were soggy and cold. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. If your drunk and won't notice or care about the taste or quality of the food then by all means attend this drive through, but if you care about yourself go across the street to the "competition". The kid with the purple or blue hair that works the window is nice enough but that doesn't make up for competency, he doesn't even check the bag to see if the entire order is there, he would make a great method actor. read more

This is my third try at this Taco Bell and now-I won't go back. The first time I ordered a Crunchwrap and three tacos supreme. My tacos were empty and my wrap was terrible. I called and the manager fixed it. Sweet right? So I go back- order the same thing and have no problems. Tonight however-was the last straw. I waited and waited and waited and finally asked someone if I could order. My order came and it was wrong-so they gave me the "correct" food.... I committed a mortal sin today, I took the wife to the Albany Taco Bell. We had been shopping and our regular To-Go options were either closed, busy or shut down for maintenance. After waiting in a line we ordered 5 simple straight forward items. When we pulled to the window and paid cash to the penny, we were handed a folded bag on a tray. After asking for sauce at the speaker we received none in the bag and no napkins. This is a joke, punishment for wanting a quick meal. I can only imagine what their doing to other customers. I suggest you avoid this joint, it's an insult to the franchise. Better stick to Rigoberto's, it's much more legit Mexican fast food. The staff at Taco Smell are typical Albany drones. Got the wrong order went in got the wrong order again. Whoever is cooking the food definitely does it on purpose. Waste of time

This is officially the slowest and most inefficient Taco Bell in existence. I ended up here twice, because I went with a friend to look at a car at a dealership down the street. We went in to sit down and eat, and waited a solid ten minutes for our food. I ordered a couple of the Doritos tacos, with sour cream added and no tomatoes. Thank god I didn't get anymore special than that, because they couldn't even handle skipping the tomatoes on my tacos. In fact, they put extra tomatoes on it. Like almost more tomatoes than meat. If I wanted a tomato taco and not a beef taco, I would've ordered it that way. Service was terrible. The kid who took my order looked about 15, dirty, face covered in zits and was likely high. The woman who called out my order when it was ready clearly didn't speak English because when I asked for napkins, she just smiled and nodded at me. Really?! If you're going to work in a restaurant, please speak enough English to be able to understand something as basic as needing napkins. I ended up having to wash my hands and mouth in the bathroom when I was done because they couldn't accommodate my basic request for napkins, and the bathroom is a whole story on its own! The entire restaurant, including the bathroom was filthy. Like sticky gross. My shoes stuck to the floor, there were crumbs all over every table. We ended up having to pick the least gross table. Which is pathetic. Which table looks the least dirty? It's like going into a mall bathroom and trying to find the cleanest toilet when they're all disguising. It's not a place I will ever return to. I'm not even sure how this location is still in business and hasn't been shut down by the health inspector yet. Plus the fact some of their employees obviously don't speak English makes you wonder if the labor practices aren't shady as well. read more

We arrived to the drive thru at 1:10 am and drive thru person is standing outside the back door with 4 other employees and tell us we are closed for 10 minutes. We all needed a break. We have all worked 3 hours straight with out a break. So I say so you all had to take a break at the same time? And she says yes we have all worked 3hours straight without a break. So I ask so what I should go wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes? She says yes sorry. So we park in the parking lot and maybe 3 and 1/2 minutes later we see cars go thru the drive thru 3 to be exact. The slowest taco bell I have ever been too. I was in the drive thru line (car number 12)for 20 minutes and the line only moves 3 cars. I exerted the line to just go in and place my order as there was only 2 people inside. When I approached the counter I was told they no longer take orders inside and would have to use the drive thru line or order on the app. as I do not trust using my debit card information online I was forced to leave or wait for what looked to be over an hour for the drive thru line. I've had no problem with this establishment until the last two times I ate there. The first time they were some how out of ground beef so we were charged way more for substituting other meats in things, then when we pulled up to the window the gal there was polite but it was difficult to hear her over the music blasting in the back. The last time everything was fine until we got home, my quesadilla was completely black on one side, and my burrito tasted weird. I saw the new french fries on TV and man did they look good. This last weekend I finally made it to our Taco Bell to give those fries and cheese sauce a test. How disappointing.
