Pulled up at 915pm to place an order. Informed by the worker that their screens are down so they're unable to take/make any orders. Given the numerous complaints on Google with similar issues and my own experiences at this and other Taco Bell locations, I'm done with them. The dining area isn't the cleanest in that it smells sour and the tabletops feel sticky. But that could be overlooked if you could depend on them to process your takeout order correctly. The only consistent thing about Taco Bell is their inconsistency. From inaccurate orders to technological issues, ordering from Taco Bell has proven to be a losing experience. read more

I've already posted reviews on google about how they like to just close when they feel like it so they don't have to work. Well, this is an all the time thing. I stopped on my way from work so I can grab something to eat and long behold, at 11 at night, myself and two other cars waited. Doors were locked and they ignored us through the drive through. Then they proceeded to laugh and point at my car when I pulled out to leave. They close at 1am and yet, at 11 at night, they just decided they were done working. A business can't make money if they keep closing whenever they feel like it to avoid actually working. Also, I took a photo of them inside pretending to be closed. The workers literally just got up and left. One stayed and made the rest of the orders (He was extremely nice) but everyone else were so pissed at making the food, yelling, cursing, and saying fuck this. Again all of them left, the manager included. I have never put up a review but this location should be shut down. Atrocious... had a mobile order for pick up in store. App said it was ready at 7:25, I arrived at 7:35. Waited 20 minutes for someone to even look at me and when they finally asked what I needed they couldn't find my order. Had to wait another 15 minutes for it. 1 star because they gave us food and the service was quick but other then that, the food was one of the worst. I ordered the grilled cheese deluxe box and it was one of the saddest meals I had ever gotten. Instead of the cinnamon twist, we got nacho chips. If you have no more cinnamon twist, say you don't have any! Why would I want a small bag of chips when the whole point is to get the cinnamon twist as part of the box? The tortilla on the soft taco was torn around the edges. The grilled cheese burrito was hard and looked more like a quesadilla rectangle. I put sauce on it to see if it would help but it was really not edible. FYI I threw it away because I was afraid I'd get food poisoning. The service was quick though so there's that.....but I'd rather wait for edible food than get quick service for things I can't eat. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Taco Bell. I know it's fast food, and I went late at night, but my experience was not good. At the drive thru, there was only one car ahead of us and it was already at the window. Not sure if the lobby was busy, but the guy taking orders was so overwhelmed. When he finally asked for our order, he started talking to someone else. It wouldn't have been such a big deal (though it is annoying), but he did this twice. We got to the window and he read back someone else's order. We corrected him. A few minutes later he came back to the window and asked us again what we ordered. When the food started coming, a drink, two tacos and another item were missing from the bag. Good thing we didn't drive off yet. The driver that was in front of us did. It took a long time to get that food. Then the window opens again and we get a handful of items with no bag. We got home, and the order was still wrong. It's not that the food was bad. There was nothing wrong with the food. But the kids need training and perhaps more help at night. read more

Can some one not be high while working? Placed a mobile order and not one item ordered was correct except for the drink they forgot to give me. The order was simple 2 chicken hard tacos a chicken nachos supreme, 3 quesoritos, a Crunchwrap supreme no tomatoes light sour cream, a chicken quesadilla supreme and a chicken Crunchwrap I received I supreme taco with no meat, 2 I think chuilpas? I quesorito, one cheese quesadilla, 2 taco supremes a beef nachos supreme. One other person was waiting for pick up, they called my name and handed me the bag, there wasn't anyone at the drive thru. I brought it home to my family opened it up and just laughed and said I will never leave this place with a sealed package from here ever again. I know every job comes with difficulty, most of the time is you don't want to be there but please just ope person check the bag. After 5 minutes my husband went in and was in there for another 12 minutes. The manager was yelling at his staff and then proceeded to get rude towards my husband saying there was an issue with co2! He said this is unprofessional and wanted a refund. The manager said he couldn't and to call corporate. I left a review and emailed but no response from anyone! I called corporate and was on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up due to other priorities. I am still waiting to speak to someone and will try calling again! Most of the staff at this location is rude AF, they act lime you just walked into their house and demanded they make you a meal. They frequently claim they are out of items however, it's more like they are too lazy defrost fresh ingredients ( I personally witnessed this last night). Was in colonie for a basketball trip for my daughter and decided to stop here and pick up some hard and soft tacos. We already had other food so just wanted to add something else and figured TB should be fast in and out. My wife and I walked in around 8 IIRC and the employee had just helped a customer and then proceeded to go help at the drive thru. we waited for a few minutes while being patient and understanding. After a few more minutes, I can see one of the back employees ask that front worker to help us and she comes over and tells us that they had just served their last in store customer and if we wanted we can go outside and do drive thru. Please do not go to this Taco Bell, just go to the one on Central Avenue. This is worst Taco Bell I've ever been to... had to redownload Yelp just for this. Took 35 minutes to get my food with little to no foot traffic and an easy drive thru load. Ordered 2 beef, cheese and rice burritos both came out with no rice and one of them with barely any beef. When I brought it to the front and showed them one of the employees started talking shit under his breath. When they were remade the burritos had a strong soap taste. No one was was at the counter so I walk further down so I could be seen but still no notice the girl behind the counter was setting up so I just waited. Until I saw she notice me then started to yell at me I didn't old him you where there over and over I ask the man if he was the manager he said yes and ask if she had some issue just yelling at people . I'm not a huge Taco Bell fan, but I had the single best customer service experience of my life at this Taco Bell. I think his name was Nick, and he was fantastic. It was a rainy lunch break, and I needed something quick. I was on autopilot and probably wouldn't even had tasted my lunch, but Nick's service brought me back to reality and made me super thankful I stopped here. Super happy voice and well spoken, something you don't often get at a Fast Food place in Albany. In that moment I remember thinking, "Man, If I had a business like this I'd want him working for me." This experience just topped off my already very inconvenient day. Got in the drive-thru line at 5:00pm, and after 23 minutes of waiting, we finally got our 2 items of food. Drive-thru staff apologized for the wait. When i pulled my first item out of the bag, it was not wrapped well at all. The cheese went all over me, before i even opened the wrapping. So, I had no choice but to brush it on the floor of my car. I am now driving back to CT with taco Bell cheese on the floor and the bottom of my shoe.
