Here to brag on the drive thru staff! I don't come here often, but I've been coming here a long time for my 2 taco supremes with refried beans and the drive thru staff is always on point. I never have to repeat myself, always a smile, double checking to make sure I have refried beans instead of beef, always offers sauce and always a smile! Did I mention they're always smiling? They have the best attitudes, and you don't get that anywhere else (except chic-fil-a). The tacos are put together nicely and not sloppily with just the right amount of sour cream. I'm no person to leave a bad review , typically I recommend tacobell to ALL my friends , as I adore it a lot. I have tacobell signs , sauce , socks , a Baja blast shirt l etc. but today tacobell dissapointed me. the service was bad , as the worker we spoke with seemed unkind & condescending . the worker with blonde hair and a lip piercing. we ordered a Baja blast freeze, nacho fry , 2 burritos , and the free taco for taco Tuesday. when we asked for the free taco , she seemed annoyed. but of course , I dismissed it , as we all can act condescending at times. but then, when we paid and went to get our change, she didn't give us all the money back. she gave us our coins , but kept THREE DOLLARS of it, that alone is enough to PAY for the free taco. which , I also excused. maybe she was bad at math , it's fine. but she also gave me the wrong drink!, I ordered a large Baja blast freeze , and she gave me a normal Baja blast . :( read more

I went there today and ordered: 6 beef and cheese crunchy tacos, 2 crunch wraps, 1 soft taco supreme, 2 crunchy taco supremes, nachos and cheese. What I received was: cheese and no nachos, 6 crunchy beef and cheese smothered in lettuce and tomato, 1 crunchy taco supreme. They get the crunch wraps right and the soft taco supreme. Awesome experience here! I know it's a fast food restaurant, but these employees are fantastic. The gentleman working the window was just precious and made us smile, and that says a lot. Then as we went to leave they forgot to put our sauces in the bag, instead of just letting us leave without them, one employee actually ran out and caught us at the stop sign to give them to us. This is NOT the place to go if you are hungry. Imagine a taco. Do you see it in your mind? Ok, that is NOT what you are going to get here. They must have a tool that portions out a few crumbles of meat. Sometimes the shell is full. But in those occasions, you just got more lettuce. There will be times your shell is HALF full, and even then, a few crumbles of taco meat. This visit was my last at this location. Don't expect your taco will look like the one advertised. Yes, I know it is staged, but the taco you get doesn't even come remotely close. The only thing you can expect to be the same are the little salsa packs. Probably the worst Taco Bell you can go to, I go here at least four times a week! I spend a lot of money here and I'm never rude to the employees but every time I come here they mess up my food and I use the mobile order app so it's says exactly what I want right in front of them, no miscommunication so I'm not sure what the problem is, I asked for a spicy potato soft taco with no lettuce I got seven of them and they gave me one without lettuce, the potatoes were hard and not cooked long enough and it was a mess, a few weeks ago my sister and I went and we had black slimy stuff floating in our drinks and she looked right at it as she handed it to me! This is a very basic Taco Bell. It's like a coin flip every time you go there! Sometimes the employees are rude as all hell and sometimes they're very nice. Went there today and got the usual for the drive thru lunch break visit. After paying and getting to the second window the employee opened the window and handed me my drink without saying anything and then closed the window. When she opened again and handed me my bag i asked, "and could i please get some mild-..." before i could finish i was cut off with "it's in the bag" and the woman politely shut the window in my face as i said thank you. Won't stop me from going there every other day though, like i said. It's like a coin flip, and is also the only Taco Bell on this side of Aiken. This Taco Bell had exceptional customer service today. Upon arriving to the speaker to order I was greeted very politely. After I placed my order the worker who took my money asked how my day was and she engaged in a conversation and made me feel very welcome. When I got to the window to get my food, another worker greeted me with a smile on her face and wished me a wonderful. Addendum: THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT! Poor kitchen staff Get it together. Keisha/manager greeted me, very friendly, fast and speedy, the food was hot and delicious I was very impressed! Ran thru again today to grab something quick and thought why not it was awesome yesterday!! Sat in the drive-through for over 20 min. when I finally got to the pay woman said they had a glitch in the system and had to reboot everything. Never apologized just complained. Not only was my meal completely incorrect, but it was cold (I live less than 5 minutes away) and no one could be bothered to answer the phone when my husband tried calling more than half an hour before closing time to try and speak with someone regarding the problem. The door says that the dining room is open until 10, arrived at 9:55 to go inside and make a to go order bc the drive thru NEVER gets the order right and the door was locked. Went through the drive thru and of course the order was incorrect. I tried going to the door to get it corrected (there were still customers inside eating) and also tried calling and watched them look at the phone and walk away from it. Was told to go back through the drive thru to get order corrected by employee that finally came to door. No sweet tea even though the drive thru is open til 1am. Such horrible customer service. Employees were unfriendly and did not even attempt to apologize for the long wait and when I reminded them about my drink they looked at me like I was crazy. I always go to this Taco Bell me and my husband go every Thursday and all through the week when we have time they almost always never mess up on our orders and I'm picky and get only meat and cheese and extra cheese and add potatoes on almost everything. And they always get it correct. This taco bell gives taco bell a bad name. Everytime I try to give them another chance they prove me an idiot for doing so. I love taco bell...but this.one serves stale taco shells, plain unseasoned rice in their burritos, the sauce is not evenly distributed on the burritos which gave you a mouthful of sauce in one bite and plain unseasoned filling in the next. Highly disappointed in the quality of food and aervice. The.tacos were not labeled so no one knew which tacos were which and again stale shells made it impossible to even guess which taco you were eating. The shells fell apart before you could even bite into them, and I did not get the proper tacos they gave me plain tacos instead of the signature ones I asked for.
