Have the salad, there's so many layers of flavor and zero guilt. Entertain yourself with fish tacos or black shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious. Did I mention the big juicy pieces of steak in my salad? read more

First of all, I CAN EAT HERE EVERYDAYYYYY!! Food is top tier 10/10 every time I go! Staff is super friendly! Vibes are lovely, only thing I would say is that the music is too loud to hear yourself think but it's fine I bare it anyway. I go by myself a lot and I never feel uncomfortable which is great. Overall I love the food, they never disappoint. Thank god for bringing this to my neighborhood! Also, I wish your hours were longer for late night munchers! read more

Taco Bamba Herndon - Had a great time at Taco Bamba. - Tacos Near Me - Herndon, Virginia

Food, music , vibe. The best taco experience in NoVa. Can't go wrong with any of the tacos.

Visited here today 5/9 after 6:50pm, for the first time, I'm not from the area and relocated and was looking for some good tacos. I found this spot and decided to stop in, only to receive the poorest customer service I have ever experienced since moving here. I sat at the bar and yes it was full, I was ignored for a good 10 minutes. The guy bartender continued to make drinks and clean glasses without acknowledging me at all, Never looked up or gave eye contact but was 3 feet from me. Directly in front of me!! The lady bartender was directly beside him and said nothing either, both acting as if they were to busy. Once the bar was empty and it was just me and about 3 other people. I was still not acknowledged. They told the guest beside me bye but still never asked if I needed anything. Smdh!! Two men entered and sat directly beside me, the lady bartender rushed to them with menus and asking how they were. I'm still sitting there without anyone saying a word to me, Unexceptable!!! When I spoke up and told her I had been here waiting and wasn't acknowledged, she said that they are here all the time. Wth!!!! So just because they are returning guest they get treated a certain way!!!?? Who hire people like this?? She apologized and blamed it on the rush hour, the rush hour was over and it's still not an excuse to ignore customers. The guy bartender never said a word and continued to act rudely and as if he was so busy! Never again!! Don't come here! I usually tip well but I'm not giving my money away for the hell of it! The food was decent, I had the chicken nachos which were cold, i didn't even feel comfortable sending them back due to the service! I will not be returning!! Customer service should be number one in these days! But they dropped the ball on food and service! read more

Wonderful surprise! Well made Mexican spectacular food at great prices! Always great service for pick up. Helpful and informed. Love this little piece of Mexican heaven! read more

This place is my weekly go to spot. Service has always been good for me, food has always been on point.

Great place to grab some tacos. The best tacos in the world come from Texas, but this place does a pretty good job at keeping it stylish and fresh tasting. The salsa they have available for the tacos and chips is darn good and a nice touch to whatever you are munching on at the time. The staff was friendly and the environment was pretty chill, clean, and inviting. Build one in Texas, people will go there.... read more

Great experience, the food was amazing. I definitely plan to go back to Taco Bamba! Thank you! read more

Taco Bamba Herndon - OMG....... Worth every penny.... - Tacos Near Me - Herndon, Virginia

Taco Bamba has been one of my favorite taco restaurants for a few years now. We used to drive all the way to Fairfax and Vienna to get it because it was THAT good. So fortunate that now there is one much closer to home and the experience is spot on with their other locations. Their flavors are phenomenal and the service is always amazing. Lines are still fairly long as a hot new spot in the area, but trust me, it's worth the wait and the staff works through orders fairly quickly. I got the El Gringo, Carnitas, Camaron, and Taco Bamba. All were fantastic with lots of flavor. The Taco Bamba is pretty spicy so just a heads up about that! All were on a corn tortilla except for the El Gringo. read more

Here on a business trip and I was craving tacos so I chose Taco Bamba. The food was good, especially the Birria Tacos, just make sure you get a side of consommé. Carnitas we're good as well and my least favorite was the carne asada but they were still good!! Def recommend this place read more

The avocado texture was rough, gritty and tasteless and most likely not fresh. The music is a great but too loud that I cannot hear myself talking. I do not why the management do not read the feedback left by other customers. read more

Good tacos. Nice ambiance. Be ready to spend around 20-25$ per person including beverages. Definitely recommend.

Another great taco bamba. One of their newest locations. This is a nice large location with a full bar and plenty of seating. Tacos as always are amazing. read more

Terrible! Old fried chicken batter they call chicken milanese. Ordered a pack the bowl with chicken Milanese for pick up. Couldn't be more disappointed. The "chicken" was hard as rock, paper thin and old. Its embarrassing to pack that and serve to someone. Never again. read more

So excited they have opened this Herndon location. The vibes, drinks, and tacos are AMAZING! It gets super busy there on any given day but specially on Tuesday's for TACO TUESDAY! I wouldn't want to taco Tuesday anywhere else but at Taco Bamba. Try their Mexican street corn, the shrimp taco, and their carne asada taco but make it dirty. Trust me you won't regret it. Cheers! read more

So good, didn't really like the jeneral (tuna) but all the others were so good and the corn and quesadilla was to die for. Loved it here, their drinks look great too!! read more

Ever since it opened a few weeks ago, I wanted to go and try their food. So, yesterday I went in for lunch and had a couple of items. Superb taste, friendly staff, prompt service , and loud music. The place was almost packed and seemed like everyone was enjoying. They also have some seating outside on the sidewalk. I'll definitely come back with my family. read more

Taco Bamba Herndon - a close up of a drink - Tacos Near Me - Herndon, Virginia

I love the food - great flavors and portions. Staff have been great; prices are competitive. The issue I have is the deafening music screaming from the speakers inside (and outside). Why does it have to be so loud?! I mean, I get that it needs to be up a bit for folks to hear, but I have been here four or five times, and each time I come, it is painfully loud. I have not been able to talk comfortably with the rest of my party, and I leave with a headache. I even feel like I have to yell my order to the cashier for it to be heard. I hope this gets remedied because I won't be dining in (or spending the money I likely would hanging out for a while) or bringing my guests here for dinner until the volume is lowered to a comfortable decible! read more

The last few delivery orders were pretty bad. Last time I ordered a chorizo quesadilla, got a tortilla with crunchy chorizo sausage and literally NO cheese. I am not joking. Order before that (which was small) got cancelled even though it wasn't close to closing time. This time they straight up just gave our driver the wrong order. Yes, the driver should verify but this is a pattern now and it sucks. I was a huge fan of taco bamba for a while and loved getting it as a treat sometimes after work but now taco bell is more reliable. read more

Just came here and literally waited in a line for 25 minutes, and as I was getting closer to order we were informed that they are no longer taking orders. Never experienced this before and they had no alternative or recommendation. They simply said you can come back later. Next question is when and they don't know. This is unacceptable for any restaurant. read more

I thought this place would be like the Vienna location but it differs in a couple different ways. The only real reason for my low grade is two family members including myself got sick after eating here. Based off what everyone in the party ate, we narrowed it down to the ceviche. I love raw fish, I love getting ceviche every chance I get and I was excited to try theirs since im not a huge taco person. Upon first taste I thought something was off, but initially brushed it off and continued to eat it. I passed it to another family member who told me it tasted off. That not fresh kinda taste. We Brought the cup up to the staff and they told me that's just how they prepare it. It has a really citrusy taste and they had made it that morning. We didn't finish it, they offered to give other things in place which was nice. Other than that I got quesadillas for my toddlers which was a hit ,numerous different kinds of tacos which were all good. A guac and chips appetizer witch was small and lacked seasoning but ok. In the end im not sure if id go out of my way to get back here. Id sure stay away from the fish. We came here after going to frying pan park which it was nice being so close. They also have a lot of seating compared to the other locations, indoor and out. Music inside is WAY too loud. The good is no one will. hear your loud children ,the con is no one will hear you when they are talking to you . read more

So nice to see a place that still provides great food AND service! Friendly staff and chill atmosphere with nostalgic upbeat music! Big thanks to Stephen, who was tending the bar for the delicious great margaritas! read more

Our favorite menu we've tried of the Taco Bambas. Literally, everything we've had here is good.

Great food. Just too damn loud!!! Asked to have the music turn down but it was turned back up shortly read more

The restaurant is abusive loud music hard rock. This along with the painful metal chairs makes it a place for take out not in restaurant seating !! The food is expensive but good. Just not a place to sit and eat unless you don't care about your ears Update! Very response staff and owner. The music got turned down after posting this. Thank You!! I had the dirty beef tacos and they were the best I have ever had!! I tasted my husbands chicken tacos and they were delicious too!! Certainly the food and staff are deserving of high praise! Thank you! Will be back! read more

This was my first visit to any of the Taco Bambas locations. Thumbs up, the food is really tasty. There was a line about 15 people deep but moved fairly quickly. The menu is sizable with lots of tacos, bowls and tortas to pick from. I can usually handle three street tacos but went with just two for this first visit and I ordered a tamarind jarritos. They have outdoor tables, indoor tables and a short bar area for seating. We grabbed a 4 top near the pickup area. We noticed that the dining room is loud, very loud. Between the high metal ceilings and blaring music people are near shouting to be heard at their table adding to the din. Overall a great experience, will be back to try some more of the menu. read more

I've been to this place twice and I really like it. Warning, if you go at lunch, pack your patience and make sure you have plenty of time to stand in line. Each time I went i waited in line for at least 15-20 mins. I've tasted all of their agua Frescas and they are all delicious. I really love the mango one. The asada tacos are good. The first time, the manager encouraged me to order them dirty style. I didn't really enjoy that so much. The next time, I just ordered them regular and it was really good. I also got the corn. It as okay. Not the best Mexican corn, but not the worst. We got chips and cheese both times. The first time the cheese was nice and hot. The second time the cheese was cold. I should have asked for a new one but they were too busy so I didn't bother. The first time we also ordered this chorizo egg roll thing as an app. It was huge. 3 people could eat off of it. It was too heavy to me, but then again, I don't absolutely love chorizo. I like it, but not love it. Finally, on the second time we had churros and they were good. Enough for two people to share. Oh one thing I noticed while waiting for my food the second time was that they offer free coffee right at the end of the bar. Nice touch. Next time, I want to try one of their tortas. Their ambiance is fun and lively. I love the fact that they have some outdoor seating. Good music too! read more

It's a mixed bag. Drinks are good. I've enjoyed all the tacos; the Black specialty taco is my favorite. Chips (too thick and stale tasting) and guacamole (just ick, and guacamole is one of my favorite foods) are seriously lacking. Queso tastes good but is runny. Atmosphere is fun but wwwaaaayyy too loud. I've been there three times and found it impossible to carry on conversation inside. Servers have all been personable and helpful. read more

I ordered Cup'0 Bamba with non spicy chicken and no jalapeños. I got Cup O Meat , very spicy with no follow up from the server to see how it was. My husband went to the counter and while they brought me the food, not how I ordered it, they still charged me for the meal I didn't order. I tasted the cup o meat and now I'm having digestive issues. Worst experience ever! I would change the name to TACO BOMB-BA read more

First time trying taco Bamba went on the recommendation of some friends, and it was delicious. I had the carbon polo taco one regular one dirty, which comes with the barbecue sauce, which was delicious, and the chips and guac which was phenomenal. Really good tacos. Very busy but they are quick after order is placed. You won't be disappointed.

this place is , highly recommend. food is very very good. about $4 per taco, two tacos pretty filing. Salsa bar so good-unlimited. just go!

I order from Taco Bamba couple of times and I was really happy but the last time I ordered the whole order was not good. Meat cold, hard and dry like it was from previous day. Not happy at all. read more

The food was fresh, good and definitely filling! Wish a location was in the Houston, TX area.

Terrible website / online ordering system. Tried to make group order for my office. Wasted 30 mins trying to place the order. Due to website failure couldn't place the order. Tried calling the store, they said they don't take orders over the phone. They said to come in, order, and wait 30 mins for the food. WTF? Terrible launch of new store. Don't advertise online ordering if you can't get your website working. This is not how you win customers. read more

We stopped by this place to try it out for lunch one weekday. Food was good. I really liked their sauce bar. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the music blasting so loud in this place that this was the only thing I could focus on. It was so loud that I could barely hear the cashier when I was ordering, let alone have any type of conversation with anybody. After waiting for our food, we decided to take our food to an outside table to get some relief from the blasting music inside. Outside was a bit better but not by much. There are speakers outside as well. I felt rushed in eating just so I could hurry and leave to get some relief from the noise. Anyway, all in all, food was alright but maybe for take out only. read more

I have been there 3 times and it lives up to the Taco Bama name! Everything is fantastic!
