I wound up with frames I absolutely love and to this day get compliments on them whenever I wear them. Tomorrow I will pick up this new pair. The frames and lenses here are top quality and once you come here you won't go anywhere else. I've made trips here from LA, NJ and the midwest because I won't trust anyone else. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and David's taste and advice are impeccable.

They have all of this new fancy equipment that can be deceptive: they want to have you spend money. And they're not shy about it. While I had my exam, the doctor kept on trying to sell me on a more expensive lens. I declined and said I was happy with the brand I had, Then he told me one eye needed a new prescription. He again pushed the more expensive variety. Again, I said I was happy with the brand I used. That apparently meant I would get no new prescription, When my lens' arrived, it was the same as I already had, Prior to the receipt of the lenses, I received at least six emails and texts asking for me to give positive feedback. Now, if I want the new lenses- which weren't even tested on me - I have to start all over again. Apart from this, the staff has so much attitude you could cut it with a knife. Rude, loud and unpleasant. I'll find another doctor.
