I had never been to a church that had a woman pastor, but I've had some really influential Christian women leaders in my life, and get a positive vibe from Lisa. I was really excited to find this place, because my husband likes Blues music, and on that Friday night a Blues band called Coldwater Creek was playing. We called another couple that we do things with pretty often and they met us at the bar. It's kind of a dive bar, but in the best possible way. We loved the whole vibe of the place. In terms of food, they only have frozen pizzas, but the pizzas were good. They also have slot machines and pinball. By the time the band started, the place was getting pretty packed, so we were really glad we got there as early as we did. The band was phenomenal. The young front man was absolutely amazing on vocals and he played lead guitar like nobody I've ever seen. It was just a wonderful night all around, and we will definitely be back.

Bandwagon Hall…read morefeatures bingo 7 days a week, I believe, with both smoking and nonsmoking sections, a food counter (try the hash brown casserole), and plenty of electronic and paper bingo games to play. When you play at Bandwagon hall, you're supporting a number of local groups that fundraise through the Missouri Lottery Department (or maybe it's the Gambling Commission), so it's for a good cause. The place has seen better days -- the carpet is stained and the walls show their age -- but it doesn't matter to the bingo regulars, who have clearly been playing here for a long long time.
