It has actually been quite pleasant as I feel like I can frequent more often rather than a once or twice per year gut bursting from all the butter type of meal. Must orders: French onion soup, DOVER SOLE, cherry jubilee, souffle, and if you ever happen to visit during the Nantucket Bay scallop season, that entree/special is a must The 14th floor lounge went through a complete makeover and is now a vibrant and casual place for a drink and a small bite to eat. There are always new cocktails on the menu and the bartender can also make you custom drinks based on your preferences. The 14th floor The Back Door is a more casual dining room but the caliber of food is also significantly toned down. Case in point - the onion soup tastes more watered down/less flavorful than that of the 15th floor Saint Louis Room. However, for a casual meal, the service and hospitality are just as pleasant, they have daily weekday specials. Private event planning is SEAMLESS - in fact, it's not really planning when the coordinator manager takes care of everything on your behalf. The rooms are old school/traditional but they're great for board meetings, sales/business meetings. Whichever your dining choice, you'll be well taken care of at the Saint Louis Club.

While most of the WW2 veterans have passed away there are still abundant Korean and Vietnam vets doing their fish fry. The food is first class and because of the volume they serve the fish is always hot and fresh. I always get a kick when I go to the bar and get my diet coke. It is $1.00. I feel like I am stealing so I always give the bar tender a big tip. These vets always seem to hire young girl bartenders. I wonder why? I always feel safe when I come into the VFW as the local police always know a bargain and are here in force.

They have two buildings you can enter and it wasn't explicit where to go but it's not a huge space to navigate. I took the 102 class and overall i enjoyed it. They gave all the materials, had sewing machines for you to use and the space itself is spacious. I did feel like the teacher wasn't sure how to support multiple people who had questions, it felt like she thought people knew much more on their own than we did.
