    Tuna, lobster buns

Came here for our anniversary last night everything from beginning to end was amazing. The hosts were sweet and welcoming and our service was spot on. Our server Eli was so nice and informative about the menu items. For apps we got the tuna and lobster buns both delicious. Entrees we got the frutti de mare and halibut the fish in both were cooked PERFECTLY. Drinks were great as well as the blueberry mousse cheesecake we took to go.

We liked it here so much we came back a second night. This place is a step above anything else in town. Super thoughtful dishes, well balanced flavors and a varied menu. The service was well trained but not stuffy in the slightest. Over our two nights we tried - The local oysters, beet salad, salmon dish, halibut fish. Second night - Seared albacore, more oysters (on happy hour), grilled cornbread and short rib. Every single dish was good to great! I have to shout o their oysters. I am not an oyster girlie but am now converted. So fresh and briny with perfect cocktail sauce and a scallion mignonette. If you're looking for not another tourist trap, with fresh bs frozen seafood - COME HERE.

Good food and service. We sat on the work and it was cute but the inside has a really cool vibe and cutesy decor. Olive oil cake was the star!

We grabbed seats at the bar at Table Salt and had a really good experience overall. The food was excellent the ribeye I ended up with was perfectly cooked. A bit fattier than I usually prefer, but still flavorful and tender. Slightly on the pricey side, but I didn't feel ripped off. Originally, I had my eye on the burger, but was told it was no longer available by the time we ordered, which was a bummer. My wife had the summer salad and enjoyed it. Drinks were well-made (pictured), and the bar staff was fantastic--friendly and attentive. Only major downside? It was hot inside. Like, uncomfortably hot for me and my wife, which never happens. Definitely took away from the overall vibe. That said, I'd still come back just maybe not on such a hot day?

    Lobster bisque

The food was delicious and we had great service at the bar. I had a delicious lobster bisque and my husband enjoyed the lobster mac & cheese.

Outstanding! So pleased. After eating lobster daily for a week I needed a steak (and lobster)! Table Salt did not disappoint. We started with the wedge salad which had plenty of sizeable blue cheese chunks. A great choice. The main course was the boneless ribeye and add the lobster. Steak was cooked perfectly with a great sear. I was not expecting it to be so well cooked and flavorful for a seafood mecca like Maine. Thank you for also shelling my lobster. I appreciated that. Perfect cook on the lobster and the mashed potatoes and horseradish sauce were great pairings. Finished with a piece of coffee cake like cheese cake with blueberry compote and lime glaze. Fantastic. Our waitress Mindy was most attentive and pleasant. Well done all around.

I had the burger special which was fucking fantastic! I was getting pretty tired of seafood at this point and it was the most refreshing change of pace. It was one of those just in time food experiences. C went for the crab cakes. What a gorgeous version of crab cakes they were! Fancy pants presentation and all things considered some of the best crab cakes we had on our trip. Bartender was really friendly and was super proud of their whiskey/bourbon collection. He did point out a few bottles to us that were really quite special and hard to come across. They had some Penelope variants that were unseen to me. I would come back in a heartbeat. If I lived nearby, I would be here all of the time. There were a ton of interesting menu items I would like to try. '26 - 26

There is indoor and outdoor seating, but it was a bit too chilly for outdoor. The service is friendly and efficient. The Plain Pancake is made thin. I love the buttery crispy edges. Forget the fluffy pancakes, these are the best kind of pancakes! I will have to try the blueberry ones next time. The Chia Pudding with Fresh Berries (Memorial Day Weekend Special) had great texture with the fresh mixed berries. The Home Brewed Iced Tea had a great balance of citrus (Red Zinger and Lemon Zinger) to black tea. It is unsweetened, but there are sugar packets on the table. We had wanted to try the Blueberry Bread Pudding, but we weren't the only ones, as it was already sold out for the holiday weekend! We were informed of this a couple times by the staff, so we knew going in. I was stuffed at the end of the meal. Definitely worth the wait.

The toast was our favorite dish all week, with the mushrooms being perfectly cooked and the chèvre bringing a creaminess and slight funk to the dish. It was all delicious, and flavors were well-balanced, meaning acids and fats were paired well together. Food presentation was exceptional. Service was incredible, in that our waiter answered all of our questions and food came quickly. Additionally, my wife and I showed up at 5:30 and were promptly seated. I think being offset from the main intersection some helps with crowds. Ambiance was top tier with the water feature and greenery.

The view? Lovely. The vibe? A little... off. The place has that "it could be nice if someone cared just a bit more" feel -- not bad, just lacking that spark (or maybe a good interior refresh). My husband, on his noble quest to sample every lobster bisque in Maine, declared this one the worst of the trip -- and trust me, the man takes bisque seriously. My beet salad with picked lobster was actually quite good, fresh and nicely balanced, which saved the meal from total disappointment. Service matched the décor -- polite enough but not exactly engaged. It had that subtle "we're doing you a favor" energy, which really pairs best with... no one's martini. Speaking of which, I had to remind our server to actually add the olives to mine. Small details, big impact, friends. In conclusion: go for the view, not the vibe. There's potential here, but it needs a little love -- and a lot more attention to the bisque.

Spend that time wandering Main Street's shops, because the wait was worth the bite. The shrimp and scallop scampi arrived swimming in garlic, butter, and pasta (perfect fuel before a half marathon). My uncle's fish and chips delivered an actual deep-fried slab of fish, somehow golden and perfectly cooked. And then the seafood pie: crispy, flaky, golden on top in a way that looks borderline burnt but is actually just butter and scallops doing what butter and scallops do. This dish was basically chowder, piled high with fish... And some more fish, with a dash of chowder. Even the blueberry beer came through; we got Orono's Wicked Maine Blueberry Ale, packed with actual blueberries floating up and down.
