They have a super hero as a bartender! Whatever you're paying her you should double! Staff was great and the oysters even better! Try one of their unique beers!

20 stars. Zhanna slinging drinks and oysters must have been an octopus in another life, her hands never stopped moving and yet she was calm, fun, and as hospitable as it comes even with a bar stuffed as full as it could be in the heat of the day. No one wanted for anything. We were truly in awe of her. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun place with good patrons and a far far better waterin' hole than any other option.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Loved our drinks. Oysters were local and fresh and delicious.

Stayed at the bar due to limited seating. The bar tender was the only person working the entire front end. She was friendly and efficient. Ordered the local oysters and dip. Food in the Main Street area are all expensive so be prepared for that.

These were the best oysters I have ever had in my life!! I really wanted to try this place out when I was planning my trip to Acadia and I am so glad I stopped by. I was here in the summer (August) and although Bar Harbor gets pretty busy during this time, there was little to no wait when I came around 4pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bar is quite charming, nothing fancy but feels very welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The oysters were so sweet and fresh, and the mignonette was soo darn good! I still think about these oysters to this day...

BEST MIGNONETTE IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY!!!!! I would bathe in this mignonette Ohhhhh man, you knew I'd be back! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This bar has such a great vibe! No bs just straight to the point![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Stopped in for our anniversary from wayyyy downeast, we had the swan island oysters and they were spectacular. The bartender was so amazing! She was so cool and super knowledgeable about where to grab some oysters to bring back home! I absolutely love this place! I will continue coming back for many many years! The care and love that is put into their oysters is very appreciated! Just keep on keeping on guys! You all deserve a medal for bringing so much love and happiness to this community ! Thanks again!

The bartender was informative and helped direct us to the food or drinks that best suited us. The place was relaxing and definitely was craving more oysters after trying their house mignonette with the half dozen we ordered. Also the kombucha was delicious. We had the blueberry kombucha which was tasty and well balanced. Highly recommend stopping here for a drink and their oysters.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]So much fun, and a rare non-tourist spot in a bustling vacation town![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We visited in the evening after sunset on Cadillac, and we enjoyed a lovely spread of Oysters and apps (plus tasty drinks). I had a dirty martini, my husband had a negroni (both perfectly made), and we loved our food. The mackerel dip is amazing, and the oysters are fresh and fantastic. They are participants of the Maine Oyster Trail, so make sure to log your visit! Very casual and friendly service across the board. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is not a restaurant, but it is a great bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cozy alcoves and tables are first come first serve.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will absolutely return next time I visit MDI!

All hail the amazing Zana, the mixologist, hostess, server, and busser at this Main Street establishment! Oysters to die for, great cocktails, beers and for those of us so inclined: mezcal.

Trout dip and oysters were very tasty for someone who doesn't like oysters. Drinks were great. Trevor, our server, is super friendly and knowledgeable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dimly lit, great music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Don't worry if the bar is full, the booths in the back are such a vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The oysters were great! The bartender was prompt and sweet as well. They had a great selection of drinks to choose from and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere was lovely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll be back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute vibe, great drinks, late night snacks for those of us who still haven't adjusted to east coast time :) this place was a hit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was awesome and we had an awesome time.

Exceptionally great local Maine oysters that just need a little squeeze of lemon . When they're this good minimal is better. Get two dozen !!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Parking is very difficult, place was packed today.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 5 stars

Came here on 11/16 which I guess was their off season. We came mostly to try their oysters, but unfortunately, during off-season their kitchen is closed and they're really only a bar. We still ended up sitting down and grabbing two drinks while we were there. They had one bartender which was fine since they weren't too busy anyway she was really sweet and kept in conversation with us the whole time we were there. The place is rather small, but I imagine during peak season that this place could get really busy .

I had the burger special which was fucking fantastic! I was getting pretty tired of seafood at this point and it was the most refreshing change of pace. It was one of those just in time food experiences. C went for the crab cakes. What a gorgeous version of crab cakes they were! Fancy pants presentation and all things considered some of the best crab cakes we had on our trip. Bartender was really friendly and was super proud of their whiskey/bourbon collection. He did point out a few bottles to us that were really quite special and hard to come across. They had some Penelope variants that were unseen to me. I would come back in a heartbeat. If I lived nearby, I would be here all of the time. There were a ton of interesting menu items I would like to try. '26 - 26

Not for me personally, as I would have liked more flavor from the infusions, but that's definitely a personal preference. The Blackened Fish Sandwich with a Small Caesar Salad had very flakey fish. I loved the meld of flavors, and ended up devouring my sandwich! The bun held together well. The caesar salad was a decent size and well dressed. I was also expecting more Irish plate options in the menu but anything that was not a burger was much pricier than usual and thus unappealing. The toast was our favorite dish all week, with the mushrooms being perfectly cooked and the chèvre bringing a creaminess and slight funk to the dish. It was all delicious, and flavors were well-balanced, meaning acids and fats were paired well together. Food presentation was exceptional. Service was incredible, in that our waiter answered all of our questions and food came quickly. Additionally, my wife and I showed up at 5:30 and were promptly seated.
