I most likely would not return or recommend this boba shop given my standards on cleanliness. Every time I witnessed someone washing their hands, they would just use water and would put their hands in the actual blender to clean it out as well. This is a good place if you're looking to hit your Boba fix and you're in the area. I don't think there's a lot of Boba spots in this general vicinity, so this is great. Parking is not too bad to find since it is located in a plaza. Prices are reasonable, and they do have snacks, which I love. I usually get the lobster bowl and the popcorn chicken. Service was slow even though there was 3 people, they didn't greet or assisted people in the store so people were assuming we could only order from the machine, until one of the employee looked at me and asked if I was ready after waiting for the customer ahead of me that was working on the machine and was confused. I used to come by here a lot in high school because I thought that they made the best popcorn chicken and oolong milk teas. It's been a while since I've had boba here but I got a large oolong milk tea with grass jelly. I felt like their grass jelly quality was downgraded compared to the last time I came by here. However, the oolong milk tea quality didn't change which was great! Parking in the plaza where T4 is directly at is tough so I never bother parking there. Instead, I park more towards the parking lot at Citi Bank because it's a lot more spacious and easier to get out. It's also a very short walk to T4 so I don't mind it. They now have kiosks which is cool. There's no place to sit down still. Being honest, this place is my next best boba spot if I don't want to drive to Berkeley so I am glad this place is still around! read more

It was a nice warmer-than-usual weather in the East Bay and after hitting a couple of stores nearby, Mom and I decided a nice cold drink with boba would be a great way to quench a thirst and cool off at the same time. It's a pretty small place where social distancing could be a bit of a challenge, but it was enforced, nonetheless. Masks were mandated. Every customer who placed their order immediately stepped outside after to wait for their number to be called. We, of course, followed suit. Mom went for Thai iced tea with boba. I went for the wintermelon tea. There were only a couple of people ahead of us, so we got our drinks pretty quickly. VERDICT: can't speak about Mom's drink but mine was EXCELLENT. There's a place in SoCal who set the bar for my particular drink and T4's comes pretty close. I'm so glad to have finally found a place who makes it within my standards! Staff were great - I can see their efficiency while watching from outside. A great discovery. Not in the best plaza in the Richmond area tbh. My bf grew up near by and has seen the area change but the plaza remains as congested so def keep that in mind for parking. We came in, made our order on their iPad so there's no type of contact with the workers other than when they call your order out. Can't really comment on the customer service but the milk teas were real good! Unfortunately when I made my order I didn't realize you could choose a larger size so I went with their smaller one. Saw him make my drink with whole milk when I asked for almond. When my number was called I told him I need almond as I am allergic to whole milk. He kept telling me it is almond milk. Parking lot is a hot mess during commute hours/after school hours (3-4pm was when I was there on a weekday). Place is pretty small and line can go to the door but it goes fast. However, the location is a bit sketchy and not the best. If you park in the front, it's sometimes hard to get out due to traffic. There is an area nearby where you can park, you just have to walk a bit. I got the French Pudding Milk Tea while my mom got the Avocado Smoothie with boba. We both thought that are drinks were okay, nothing extraordinary. I did have their popcorn chicken before and it was really good! Review #220 - 2018 After spending a few hours out in the heat at Six Flags, I decided to take the kids out to grab some drinks to cool us down. We showed up around 5:15 PM on Tuesday, July 24th. There was only one person ahead of us so we were able to place our orders pretty quickly. We got a total of seven drinks and the kids were able to get all of our drinks made within ten minutes or so. I've actually been here on many occasions, but this was my first time coming in to place the orders myself so I was able to experience the service first hand. The drinks were made according to our likings and service was friendly & efficient.
