Needed an oil change and didn't want to make a dealership appointment. Had to grab my son from school in thirty minutes. Take 5 Oil Change to save the day! Pull up in one of the two lines. They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

Mechanic recommended fixes for the long road trip, we had them completed and picked up the car with seemingly no issues. We were slated to leave the next morning at 5am, so we woke up at 3am to get ready and take the dog out on a walk, where we discovered the splash guard hanging completely on the ground underneath the car (first image + video below). So we had to delay our trip out by 2 hours just to bring it back in. Told them my frustrations with having our travel delayed, and wasn't really met with any sort of apology / compensation. Finally get back out on the road, and when we arrive at our destination the next morning, we noticed a scraping noise when hitting some low bumps. Looked under the car and see that part of the guard underneath is held together with a zip tie! (Second image + video) Absolutely insane work. Completely disgusted with the shoddy work and the lack of attention + care.

It costs an additional $10 and has to be requested separately - something I was never told during my visits. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.

Their job is to do the work requested but try to scam you into doing things that don't need to be done to increase the store's bottom line. I called and insisted on only the service I booked for the day, for the price I was quoted. I will take it to a local small business in the future to get a more reliable service and better value.

I left my car to go run some errands. I got a call immediately about spark plugs "these are the worst spark plugs we've ever seen." - Ok replace them. I got another call about 10 minutes after wanting $700 to replace my brake pads AND rotors. Story seemed off on the amount of brake pad left and why I needed new rotors so I passed on that service. I repeated again on both calls that I needed my brake fluid looked at and topped off if possible, being assured both times they would take a look at it. Two hours later I hadn't heard anything, so I went back to the shop only to see that my vehicle had been done for quite some time. The girl helping check out was nice & seemed like she wanted to do right by me & help as much as she could. When we walked out to my vehicle, I asked again about the brake fluid and she said "oh we can't top that off because it would just put bubbles in the line. So you can bring it back and we can do a full flush and refill of the brake fluid." So while I appreciate the service when checking out, the rest of the process was not what I came in looking for. I needed an oil change and brake fluid check... and left with an oil change, new spark plugs, a strong push for new brake pads/rotors, and still low brake fluid. Decent experience but my suggestion would be stop trying to upsell me on new services and do what I asked you to do in the first place.
