The is by far the best Bubble Tea place within 50 miles of Salem. The tapioca is fresh, the tea genuine and the service outstanding. The spicy popcorn chicken is to die for. If I was at Peter's Gate and they presented me with the option of Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, Chick Fil A or T4's, I'd take T4 every day of the week! Ordered the Royal Fresh Milk tea with the regular pedal boba, the lychee smoothie with honeydew boba, and the fried flour bun with condensed milk. The Royal Fresh is really light and refreshing, the milk and tea don't overpower each other, and the boba tastes really fresh. The lychee smoothie is sweet, cold and very refreshing; while the honeydew popping boba are a nice tart contrast. This is my only go to place for boba tea in all of Salem. I moved from California where there's plenty of tea places to choose from. Tried many different one's, T4 ranks high in quality and flavor for me. I like my bobas soft but still chewy and they get it perfect every time. Only on a couple of occasions they have ran out, partly due to the person ahead of me ordering a dozen drinks. Most times I've been lucky to get the bobas I crave! My favorite drink is the Amber Pearl Latte. The bobas are warm and covered in a brown sugar syrup before adding in the iced cold milk tea. It's a magical drink! Also, I like that they have grass jelly as a topping, when few other other places that sell boba tea in Salem do not! I like the food offerings here as well. My favorite pairing is Amber Pearl Latte with the spicy basil popcorn chicken. The richness of the Latte cuts the spicy-ness of the chicken. The drinks and food come out fast and the service is always excellent. I hit this place up at least once a week for my boba cravings! read more

Ordered lychee smothie with pearls. It was delicious. Highly recommend the smoothie. Also had the basil popcorn chicken. It was unbeatable. Too much salt which was a shame. The man who I am guessing is the owner, and all the workers are so so so nice. He wiped our drinks for us to make sure there were no sticky situations (it's a small detail but it matters because other places didn't do that). The best boba I have ever had. This is now my go-to place. So flavorful and they give a really good amount of boba at the bottom. I usually get the taro milkshake with rainbow jellies and from other places it tastes like milk but this one you can actually taste the taro. Love and 100% recommend. read more

I honestly love this place and kudos to the workers for dealing with horrible people at this time, I've seen so many rude people when the workers were trying their best to make it right. Now on to the drinks, absolutely love it! They have a large variety of drinks and toppings,and the food also tastes great. Best fried squid I've had in salem-keizer area. The boba was always spot on, and they can adjust thr sweetness and ice to it. My favorite toppings would have to be the pudding or the tapioca pearl's. When I was right in front of the counter, I waited for 5+ minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me until I asked about my order. They forgot the cream cheese for my drink but that was quickly fixed, don't remember they apologized. It was around 7 PM so cream cheese had a hint of sourness....Also ordered chicken popcorn (very smol crumbly pieces) and fried squid (oily as they didn't dry/drain oil enough). Honestly food quality and customer service was not as good as my regular portland T4, likely not coming back :( If this is your only option, make sure to check your order before leaving the door. read more

It's okay. They were out of the mini bobas. Also they don't have a drink with all the topping kinda like a smorgasbords so u have to add the separately. At 50 cents a pop, adding boba, lychee, red beans adds up. Twice I've been there and my drink is done but the cashier to not even paying attention so I have to speak up and ask for my drink. I get it, I can wait for it to be made, but when it's done I shouldn't have to wait for the worker to notice it sitting in the lid sealer machine. This place is ok, but nothing special. read more

Used to be my fave boba place but the last 4 times I've visited to get my drink not only is there a wait, but by the time we got to the register they were out of boba. They are not well staffed and can be very rude. This last experience has been the worst, the tea is usual great but today it tasted like milk and ice. read more

This place is great, I'll definitely be back! Right next to massage envy so I popped in after my massage there today. I haven't had boba made with actual milk tea before, but the employees were very helpful with advice on what flavor to try which was awesome. I usually like almond/vanilla/lavender/rose flavors so he recommended the earl gray tea flavor which i loved! You can customize your ice & sweetness level which is awesome. Finding good boba in this area is difficult so I was so excited to find T4 opening because I miss California boba! The boba is GREAT. Their drinks are awesome. They taste fresh, their boba is always cooked perfectly, and I love to get my boba fix here. My problem is that they're ALWAYS out of boba. I went the other day at 4pm, they were out. Went at 7pm last week, they were out. Went an hour before closing, they were out. I asked if they were going to make more and they rudely responded by telling me how it takes two hours to make so it's not worth it. I get it if it's 30 minutes before closing, or even an hour before is annoying but more reasonable. But at 4pm if you're out of boba, and you're a BOBA place, then you need to make more. You can't advertise boba and then not make it because it's too close to closing. Also, the staff can be super rude. Some of the girls are friendly and nice while a couple of them are super rude and unwelcoming. If they always had boba, and were more friendly, I'd be here all the time. read more
