Plenty of parking since it is inside the mall. Quick service, and their register does not have the awkward tip selection screen at the end of your transaction. Cons: Mall hours mean closing at 8pm on certain days, which is early for night owls. There is no real place to hang and chill since you are dealing with mall traffic and constant noise levels, especially on weekends. Not as many selections as other tea shops, but what they offer is solid quality for your money. My favorite order is the brown sugar tea with soy milk substitute and aiyu topping. This is the only place in Portland that offers aiyu topping.
