Hadn't been here since high school but really wanted to pick up some AAA's or Pro Clubs like I had way back when. Adan spotted me quickly and was very quick to help me find the size I was looking for. Originally, he let me know they didn't have the white shirt I wanted in my size (white in large is apparently pretty popular) and that they would likely have a restock the following week. I appreciate that he didn't give up there. He quickly went to double check the back and brought out a small stack he was able to find in the back! I wasn't too sure I loved the feel of the pro club anymore, and he suggested the pro club comfort that I didn't know was a thing. First time that my family and I have been to this store and absolutely happy with the services. Right when we walked in they offered hand sanitizer (Witch was great). The costumer service was great. Went in hoping they had a good selection of streetwise clothing at a good price and I was super happy that I finally found a place close enough that has what my boyfriend likes to wear. They were organized, super clean didnt feel cramped or cluttered at all. From the outside it looked small and like it was gonna be hot in there lol but it was huge and it was fresh inside. They had clothing for women too, they had rompers that were cute AF, onesies for babies, team memorabilia. Just all around good store for the entire family. I have already recommended this store to family and friends and I just went yesterday. Oh they of course had pro club even the highlighter colors for work. My experience at T Shirt Warehouse reminds of the old saying "Buyer Beware." While customer service here is mostly friendly & attentive, there are some issues, including archaic exchange & return policies. I purchased a T Shirt that happened to be the wrong size. The mistake was discovered when I arrived at home. First thing I did was check the label of an identical shirt I already owned. Alas, it was one size too small. Upon discovering the mistake I returned to T Shirt Warehouse. I explained the mistake and was met with an accusation. The employee unfolded the shirt and there was a perfect line of dust along one of the creases where the shirt had been folded. The employee said "wow, did you take this home and wear it for a few hours?" I was then told that he wouldn't be able to return it because it was "dirty," and because of "the way we have to display it, it wouldn't be able to be exchanged." I was really bummed out that I was made to feel like I was scamming the store. Perhaps the manager could sense that I was upset, because he said that an "exception" would be made and I could make the exchange. Unfortunately because of the policies and insinuation that I was trying to somehow get over by needing a larger size, I wont shop here. Finally, PLEASE check the condition of your merchandise before you leave the store. Unlike most retail stores may not be able to make an exchange if an honest mistake was made. read more

I purchased my shirt and found out it was to small by one size. I then noticed that the receipt said no refunds exchange only on it. I called here early Saturday afternoon looking for a specific pair of pants for my son. A nice young man answered the phone and knew exactly what I was looking for. He put aside two pairs for me. When I arrived they were sitting up front. Upon entering the store, they have so much merchandise in there. All appeared to be very neat and organized. I went straight up to the cashier and they grabbed the wrong style of pants. The cashier called out to another employee on the floor and within seconds he brought up the correct pair of pants.
