I was on the first floor of the Claremont Packing House and I came across this shop called Replay Vintage. At first glance, I said oh it's a regular clothing store. As I walked closer, all of its clothing and accessories had the retro look and feel to them. Cool! I walked in and went thru the racks. It's not a very big shop. Some of the clothing was interesting. I didn't find anything appealing except for this one shirt that says "Beam me up Scotty. This planet sucks." I had a big chuckle from it LOL. People who walked by chuckled at it, too. I didn't buy it because it was not large which is normally my shirt size. Also it was a $30+ shirt. I was thinking maybe I could find it elsewhere for cheaper. I ended up leaving the store empty handed, but maybe one day that shirt and I will meet again. Wait for me Scotty! LOL I didn't interact with any staff. Incredibly rude worker, never felt like that while shopping in my life! I really was liking some of the pieces but I couldn't handle being able to see the worker so we just decided to leave the store. She was very mean and giving attitude for being asked simple questions or confirming questions! My group and I exchanged words with her about three times and all three of her responses were greatly stern, sarcastic, and PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. I saw a dress on display and went in to check it out. It was marked over $100 for a dress that was torn and used?! You must be out of your mind! You can go to Palm Springs to find much nicer and trendier items for a fraction of the cost. New items are even cheaper than these random clothes at this place. read more

This place is great...if your idea of "great" is a store that seems to have had the same stock since the day they opened, and you also enjoy being insulted by the staff. Today, I saw a staff member make a comment to a young man who was trying on a jacket, saying the kid should take it off because he was too big and was going to stretch it out. The jacket was basically the kid's size, and the staff member said this in front of the kid's friends, which seemed to upset the poor kid. I spoke to the kid afterward, and he said he was actually planning on buying the jacket until the guy insulted him. Nice manners. Good business plan. Before shopping here, you might want to call ahead and see what the current cashier's preferred body type is, lest you run afoul of their sensibilities and have to endure a public shaming. read more

I found this store today and immediately fell in love. There's lots of great pieces for fair prices. There are lots of reviews I just read whining about pricing and customer service. As far as prices go, the clothing they sell is great quality in good condition. If you can't spend $40 on a nice pair of jeans that will last a while, u just sound dumb. Sure there are more expensive things in the shop, but the value goes up over the years. It's expected. I would also like to mention that I didn't experience any bad customer service, but it was strange not being greeted (i don't care either way) or being talked to at all. The only reason why I took two stars out of my review is because the employee had taken off their mask and was vaping. I don't know if that's allowed in there, but I don't believe that belongs at a workplace. read more

This is a pretty cute vintage shop located in the newer part of the Claremont village. It has a lot of cute finds, like sunglasses, sun dresses and hats. However, a lot of it is thrift store quality and the prices are insane. I picked up a cotton sweater (not a name brand) and it was $50. I love supporting the local community but the prices are way to steep at this store! read more

You can spot this place inside of the Packing House in the Claremont Village. They have exclusive, vintage pieces for reasonable prices. I love this store (: The only reason Ive given them 3 stars is they dont open as advertised. I waited from 11:55 until 2 pm & they were still CLOSED. Ok FIRST off it's really sad that some people think this is some cute independent store, this is a chain. SECOND why are you incapable of being open when you say you will be open? Seriously, it's disgusting and I wish I could give zero stars. I would understand if every once and while something happened and you posted on social media to let your customers know but do you? No. Thirdly some of this stuff does not appear to actually be vintage, just made to look vintage. There are so many vintage stores these days, definitely go elsewhere. read more

This place is awesome! There's one girl that works here (never got her name) and she's so nice and sweet. The store itself is quite small but so homey. It's basically the Village's hidden gem of vintage clothing. All the items are decently priced and it's so affordable! Some of the clothes have an Urban Outfitter's-esque feel to it but it's pretty much half the price of what UO sells :-) Replay always has the best high-waisted denim shorts and they're max like $30. So worth it! I also got this button-up from there and it's so unique and obviously vintage looking! I look forward to coming here everytime I'm in Claremont and I'll def be coming back on a consistent basis. read more

Would highly recommend. After a MAJOR let down from Cherry Pick Vintage (in terms of service) and Squaresville (in terms of selection) I went into the store to find a prom dress and I bought the first dress I found. The clothes are very high quality with no rips or tears and a large range of both male and female clothing. The store is very cute, and, unlike most vintage stores which can be a little intimidating, I was able to find everything quickly. The lady working was incredibly nice and friendly and she was very accommodating when I needed to put an item on hold. I'm not impressed. I called the store, a woman answered and said, "Vintage Replay." So I asked how late they are open and I hear nothing. I say, "Hello?, Hello??, HELLO??." I get no reply, but the time is still going for the call on my cell phone so I know she hasn't hung up. I wait a little longer, say, "Hello, Hello?" Then I hang up. I call back and the line's busy, so I suspect she just put the phone down and walked away so no one could call. I call in a few minutes she answers and says, "Vintage Replay." I start to ask if she can hear me, because maybe she couldn't hear me. The same thing happens and I hear nothing. I call back again and I'm irritated now. She says, "Vintage Replay." I quickly and loudly blurt out, "I keep calling and I keep getting hung up on," before she has a chance to put the phone down. She says, "I didn't hear anything and I'm really busy here." (I'm thinking, but you have time to waste continually answer the phone because you keep hanging up on people?) I said, "You need to give people more than one second to answer." I did get the information I wanted and I guess I'll go and check the store out, but jeez, its tiring the lack of concern people have for social etiquette, especially when they're working with the public. read more
