Fanatics brand women's plus size, lettering rubbing off after one cold wash, hung to dry.

I'm sorry this is about the quality of the shirt. I actually bought it online so I don't know about the store experience. I washed the shirt once, inside out, in cold water. Line dried it (hung inside the house, not actually out in the sun). You can see from the pictures that the writing is already rubbing off, especially on the back. Definitely not worth the money.

The African American chick is always laidback and helpful. I placed an order online for in-store pickup. It arrived to this location in a little over a week. Unfortunately the size was too big but the lady handled my return without issues. Smooth experience! Also, hats are freely available for any to test fit. If the hats were ever tied down this is no longer the case.

Store manager, AGGRESSIVELY dump'd out my bag

If I could give no stars I would, the store manager is so unprofessional and should NOT be a manager . I asked for cooperates number he said he doesn't have it they don't give it to them it's on the site . Which is wrong he's the store manager . I then asked for his name to be written down after he dumped my bag out aggressively, he said he's not writing it down. His name is "Brett" HE SAYS . He wasn't even clocked in he was just doing his payroll. It's all kids who work in the store they take their phone off the hook so they won't get calls I witnessed it . Worst/most unprofessional lids I've went to . I have all this recorded and I am moving forward with the situation .

If I could give no stars to store 5091 in the Montclair place, I would, because my experience here was awful, manager Brett was rude and completely ignored me the entire 20 mins I was looking at hats, he then saw me walk to the counter stood there for 2 minute and continued folding shirts, I was the only customer in the store, he was very aggressive in his actions, banging on the keyboard like a cave man to enter my number, after reading all the reviews I wish o never came here. This make me want to buy my hats from the internet now. I believe Lids corporate needs to investigate this unprofessional man child, grow up Brett , you look 50. Cashier/salesperson # 489088

Just came here and the store was closed. It stated"lids coming soon" save yourself a trip. They should have stated that on their site.

Taliyah (Update Found Out How To Spell Her Real Name) Came…read moreto visit and someone forgot to grab my shoes lol but lucky we found a WSS and Talia )I think that's how you spell her name) but she was awesome, very friendly and outgoing and she helped me find some shoes in my size, I wear size 15 and it's almost impossible to find in a store, I normally have to order them online, but she was able to find some nice size 15's in the colors I wanted, I was really taken back about how Dedicated she was in helping me and her job. She went above and beyond, she checked every brand name in the store looking for my size, so Thank you much for helping me and saving this trip, I'd have been mad the entire time not having fly shoes. So thank you Talia, (I hope that's how you spell your name, lol) I'd definitely come back and see you again, thank you for your hard work and dedication, and for being very outgoing and real. Note to management: You have an awesome employee, will definitely recommend her and your store to friends and family.

As much as I love a good deal. Coupons. Rewards. Even customer service in store. It needs some…read moreimprovement. A defective shoe should NEVER be been given. Then I have to contact Customer Service myself due to the false information I'm provided that I can exchange the DEFECTIVE shoe at any WSS location. WRONG! Since it was an ONLINE store-pickup order. It must be processed online and shipped back. What a hassle! I appreciate the worker who went outta his way to look for another pair in my size in store. But giving me false information was such a waste of time and gas.
