HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I went in to pick up a pair of shoes on Monday Dec 22, my tracking order said it was delivered at 2:30pm on Dec 22, I had gone in around 7pm. I waited until 8pm Speaking to multiple employees, showed a handful of employees my ID to "confirm it" and they will run on back to grab the shoe. In the end only solution I was given was to order the shoe again from a different location and request a refund since the shoe "wasn't there". I tried calling again the next morning Since the man with the beard who seemed to be the manager told me to just call again to double check, and not once did anyone pick up. If I could give a 0 I'll.. horrible costumer service. I walked in with my husband and kids, we walked around the store no one asked if we needed help. All the associates where talking to each other. I found a pair I like so I have to walk to one of them to ask for a size. She brought it then she said the display was the last one. Then she walked away. (Fit too big) my husband was holding the box bc she didn't follow up see if I needed something else, so then I told me husband to leave the box on top of a table and to go to another store to purchase what I was looking for, we walked down two stores and an associate is following us, and tells us if we paid for them?! Looking inside our stroller, my husband tells him we left them. If they only knew this can be a harassment lawsuit!! Rose 5s for a amazing price. I was assisted by a friendly, helpful young man named Christian. Christian took the time to help me find shoes through footlocker.com. I wear a size 14 and I did not think I would be walking home with anything today. Didn't even seem like she wanted to help us. Then we asked about another pair of shoe and she said they didn't have it. But she didn't even check her inventory. Worst customer service. I called customer service to find out why it was taking so long to reach platinum status when ive purchased way more then enough pair of shoes to get me their and start applying some kind of discounts and so they found the problem and merged all account numbers which was cool! problems is no one in customer service knows anything about my platinum status once i have to call back in a couple weeks to find out where we stand? they say im $145 away from reaching platinum status when the last guy just told me that i was already their! what a joke! These 3 bigger guys literally sat in a corner talking with themselves the whole time and didn't once come up asking for help or ask if I needed a size. Placed an order online to be shipped to the store for pickup. -Website placed the order twice. Which meant I had to return one for a refund. -Go to the store Friday to pick up one pair immediately return the other so I can get my refund. (Foot Locker doesn't allow you to return to a store if you ordered the item online) The Sales Rep provides me a a new tracking number. -I keep checking the UPS tracking # to get an idea of when the return will arrive and when I'll receive my refund. It being the holidays I can't have $100 worth of my money tied up. -Tues I see the package has yet to been shipped. I contact the store and am told "They'll for sure go out today" -It's Wed morning. They "for sure" were not shipped. Disappointed that Foot Lockers website was inadequate to handle the amount customers that it caused duplicate order. I never received any notification from Foot Locker as to when I shipment arrived. Let alone a confirmation of purchase. The process in which I have to place the return is inconvenient especially with an unreliable staff in stores who can't simply place a box in to UPSs hands. read more

It's a shame that a big brand store wants a piece of the Pop Culture trend by embracing Funko Pop!s into their stores and does not send out an email detailing to management that they are not just a toy but a collectible item and deserves to be treated as such and just because adults buy them doesn't mean we deserve to be treated like children. Just because the single purchase was less than $20 and not a $100 purchase does not make our business for Footlocker less important. Management should always RESPECT the customer especially if the customer is being RESPECTFUL. Also if there is supposed to be a set stock please do not let your fellow employees horde them in the back and only put out what you want.
