Almost $300 of my money's been tied up with this place for over a year since I had a store credit and I'm happy to say that I finally got some shoes and won't be returning again. Upon first visiting, it looks like there's a nice, big selection, but I've personally found it extremely difficult to find something I like and I'm definitely all for the high quality, comfort brands. But everyone has different taste, so there's always something someone will like, I'm sure. I bought 2 pairs of shoes on the visit of my last review over a year ago, but they didn't work out so I had to get a store credit. I visited the place two times over the course of several months (in which they didn't open on time like others have said) and I just couldn't find anything I liked no matter how hard I tried and I tried on several pairs. I then called to have something ordered, which took over a month. But the main problem was for some reason, the employee couldn't communicate with me and keep me updated on what's happening. (I won't go as far as to name any names.) I had to call to inquire about it a few times. Employees like this shouldn't even be working in the retail industry and I've worked retail before myself. I finally went in, picked up the shoes I had ordered and actually found a second pair that I kind of liked, but I wouldn't normally have gotten the second pair if I didn't have a store credit, but I needed to pick something rather than lose out on money. I'm so glad to be done here! It's also not convenient to get to this store at all. Hopefully, you can find nearby parking somewhere. I can't believe I've never shopped in one of these stores, considering my affinity for comfortable footwear. I had some time to kill while in the area so I popped in to check out their selection, and I ended up walking out with a pair of Kandals (http://www.kandals.com/), which are fully sustainable vegan shoes. I just bought them because I thought they were super-comfy and kind of cute, but the sustainable thing was a plus. The shoes are on the pricey side, but most of these kinds of shoes are. No cheap stuff here. The store is also bigger than it looks from the front and had a pretty big selection. I absolutely LOVE this shoe store! I don't live close but if I'm going to be in the area, I ALWAYS stop in and leave with at least 3 pairs! The store is comfortable and clean; I love that they specialize in comfortable shoes that have a little style and flair. I've purchased the standard colors but also yellow, red, and purple. It's so fun to go in and look for new things to expand my wardrobe and make things fun. Customer service is fantastic and the sale section is really great too! read more

Awesome little store! My bf and I were walking around the village when his flip flops broke so we walked over to O' My Sole and the helpful salesperson helped him find a pair of flip flops in 2 seconds that turned out to be the most comfortable flip flops he has ever worn! (Yeah, I know that says more about the shoe than the store, but still...kudos for carrying super comfy shoes!!) I also found the pair of Merrells that I wanted. I discovered that I bought it half a size too small so I had to go back to exchange. They didn't have the size in stock so they are ordering it for me and will call me when they get them in. I just called to double check on the status of the shoe and happened to get the same guy who helped me order the shoe. He remembered me! One of the nice things about a small store in a small town. :) I originally wanted to give it 4 stars because they don't allow returns but it is a small store in a small town after all and both salespeople I have talked to have been super nice so 5 stars it is! read more

I have been coming here for years and USED to like this place. It appears the owner doesn't give a s@@t about carry men's shoes. Wait, How does this place have "bad" reviews?? I would have never thought a shoe store like this existed; heels that I can walk in all day? Shoes that are actually worth the money? I travel a lot for work and am so impressed. I came in, told them what I was looking for, color (and my problem areas with my feet ) she brought out a few suggestions plus the styles I asked for, I bought 4 pairs. Sorry not sorry! This review is long overdue. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from this store. They have a great selection of unique, beautiful Shoes. That being said, this store has extreme poor customer service. There are no hours posted on the door when the store opens, so you could be waiting awhile. Once you ate inside, the sales person takes awhile to ask if u want help, even if you are the only one there. When you ask for a size 8, they will bring out anything from a 7-10 just to sell their merchandise, which is almost double the price from the exact shoes on amazon.com. Moreover, they have a strict no refund policy, which I'd frankly absurd considering the high cost of their merchandise. read more

Amazingly beautiful store and selection to choose from the customer service is rather outstanding and the workers are very helpful and friendly and know their stuff. It is hard to choose a pair of shoes as they are ALL very COMFORTABLE! The shoes are very unique and you can't really find them anywhere else. The prices are rather pricey yet the quality you get makes it worth every penny. The owner handles his customer's very well will definitely be stopping by again, would recommend anyone looking for a great quality shoe that is comfortable and very fashionable as well. read more

I would give this a negative star if yelp would allow me. The service is terrible. I ordered shoes which were to have come from Marina Del Rey, but the office is closed/ shut down and all the telephone numbers don't work. I can't get any body who knows the boss/ owner. I even called up to Santa Clara. Everyone told me I needed to wait ~ 3 weeks for the shoes, but the sales person told me there were in stock in Marina Del Rey. I had ordered shoes previously and they never came in. Since I was told they were in stock, I paid for them so that my friend could get a discount. I now am out $220 and my credit card won't help me argue with the store. Tomorrow I plan to ask for a full refund and then I will never go into the store. DON"T ORDER SHOES!!!! No matter how cute. TAke a picture of the shoe and order online. Save yourself the heartache and the money. The service is terrible and there is never any one in the store when I am there. I never see customers. After I resolve this situation, I am ending my relationship with this store. I suggest others do the same. read more

Great collection of shoes. Buy there or buy the same on-line. They carry Alegria which is a fab shoe. You can buy online or go to their warehouse anytime in Rancho Cucamonga and buy direct. Warren the manager/owner is the worst business person I have ever had to deal with. I have had nothing but problems here with his lack of customer service and misleading information. Because I had a credit and wanted to buy shoes, he offered to "special order" 2 pair of Alegria. Ok fine. After trying them on, I decided they did not fit right and, chose not to buy them. Since I made this decision, I was told by the sales girl that there would be a 20% "restocking fee" for each pair. I was never informed of this fee until AFTER the fact. Needless to say, I was angry. Had I been informed prior to , I would never have "special ordered" anything. Now, Warren tells me there's the fee of 10.00$ each shoe restocking fee which is less than the original 20%. NO Warren, there should not be a restocking fee at all because YOU nor your staff ever told me of this fee! Nor is there any signage in the store of this restocking service fee. If you charge for this, you need to inform your customers prior to so they can make the right decisions! Shame on you! Customers should always be given the benefit otherwise, someday, you won't have any customers. read more

O My Sole's selection has grown unbelievably over the past few years. The number of styles and the quality are amazing. I have great difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable and stylish; I have very high arches and weak ankles. I spent at least an hour looking at and trying on several dozen pairs of shoes. Jeff and Mark went to great lengths to help me find a suitable pair for a wedding that I could wear again. Pricey? Yes, but you get what you pay for. I had shopped several other stores without success. Excellent service and wonderful merchandise here. The only place I will shop for footwear in the future. read more
