I have been going to him for a half a year, I called to set up an appointment with him and he is on vacation for 2.5 weeks and I couldn't hold off so I seen someone else. I did a fill in builder gel set like I do with him and got a white French tip. I left with them being very lumpy, bubbles and lines all through out, and black fibers all in the nails, the white tips were not the same size/lines not straight, plus the thumbs aren't square like the rest of the nails. $75 down the drain. I called not even an hour later to let them know and was told to come back today, at 2. I showed up and the owner did not even look at them to see exactly what was wrong. I was told to wash my hands and have a seat. Instead of having someone else completely redo them I was sat with the same lady who did not do them right in the first place making it awkward instantly. She did nothing different except redo the coating (which she also did not redo one of my thumbs for whatever reason) at this point I was so irritated I did not care what they looked like. I again left with bubbles, uneven, my thumbs are not square and all the black fibers are still in my nails. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. I wasted $75, my time was wasted two times and nothing was resolved! I 100% will only be going for sing and only recommend him.

Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is at Ball State. I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.
