I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.

Since then, I have not been able to get back in for a fill-in. Chloe called me to change my appointment which we did. Then I got a text message 20 minutes before my appointment that it had been canceled. I have called multiple times trying to speak with Chloe. The person answering was nice when I called but no one called me back to tell me why this was happening. So yesterday I tried one more time. I made an appointment online for today at 10 AM and at 9:30 I have a text message saying that my appointment has been denied. What is happening? Not a professional way of running a business!
