I was at how natural their nails look. Nice thin natural looking nails. I did a manicure and a pedicure gel polish on both and they too look amazing. I cannot remember who did the two girls, but Christian did mine and the pedicure that he gave me was the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. I definitely recommend. I have found our new nail salon as long as this continue! I would also like to add when I got my pedicure all tools used that touched my feet where packaged and sealed.He opens them right in front of me. I LOVED THAT. Everything was so clean. No bouncing around from one person to the other touching one customer going to the next coming back to you. Each worker stayed with you working on just you from start to finish. The massage Christian gave me on my pedicure was so relaxing and very much needed. I will request him every time I go in.

But he began on my nails and he told me to take my time deciding. He asked what I was looking for nail-wise, and helped me pick out colors/nail shape based on my description of what I wanted. He put FIVE coats of gel polish on my nails to ensure they looked how I wanted. I am so impressed and would definitely recommend. I'll 100% be going back for my next fill! So, this place has moved out to the highway now, same name, same number. I'd never been there…read morebefore, but I needed a rare manicure for an upcoming wedding. I came in right at 12:30 on the dot for my 12:30 appointment, and was met with vacant looks and a halfhearted 'hi'. So, it started out a bit awkward from the first moment. My stylist was busy on another manicure, so I waited about 15 minutes while she finished up. No big, I don't like having to wait when I have an appointment, but it happens. I was slightly miffed that I couldn't choose a nail polish color while I waited, since their polish racks were inaccessible from the waiting area. Every other salon I've been in has them out on display so you can choose while you wait. But they're under construction, so maybe they'll eventually move them? Note that will become important later: a little old lady came in after me, and she was obviously expected/had an appointment, because they greeted her cheerfully by name. Her stylist said he was running a few minutes behind, and that he'd be with her soon. I finally got called up, and the stylist sat me down and put my fingers in water to soak. The water was lukewarm, but I figured I wouldn't be in it long. The stylist started to walk away, stopped to check herself out in the mirror and hairspray her hair, and then disappeared into the back room for ten minutes. I didn't know what supplies she was getting that would take so long- turns out, she returned with...a bottle of lotion. I continued to sit with my fingers in cold water as she realized she'd forgotten something- and on the way to get it, she stopped once again to look at her hair in the mirror and add some hairspray to it. At this point I've gone from slightly unhappy to 'are you serious right now?' She finally gets to work. Another customer came over to the table and stood beside me, and they proceeded to chat with each other for fifteen minutes as she worked on my nails. I know more about this stranger's job situation than I ever wanted or needed to know. I finally got put under the dryer, and she said she'd be back to check on me before the 20 minute timer was up. Of course, at that point I didn't really expect her to check back, and she didn't until the buzzer went off. The little old lady waiting for the other stylist? She got called back eventually- after an hour of waiting. The manicure itself was fine. Nothing spectacular, but for the price, it was what I needed; just your average manicure and polish. Ended up being $12, I paid and got out of there quick. All in all, they do decent manicures for a low price, but don't go if you're in a hurry. The employees spent more time wandering around, gossiping, and looking at their cell phones than I ever remember seeing in a salon.

Then I got a text message 20 minutes before my appointment that it had been canceled. I have called multiple times trying to speak with Chloe. The person answering was nice when I called but no one called me back to tell me why this was happening. So yesterday I tried one more time. I made an appointment online for today at 10 AM and at 9:30 I have a text message saying that my appointment has been denied. What is happening? Not a professional way of running a business!

The hairstylist was not friendly by any means. I dismissed that, thinking maybe she just wasn't very social. We discussed that we wanted a partial highlight and cut. When the time came close to the end of the cut the other staff were in a hurry to get out so they were placing tickets for each-other to help. When asked by her team member what needed to be added to the ticket she responded, " foil and cut". The other team member asked "full foil?". And She responded "yes". When I questioned her about full instead of partial because we said partial at the beginning of the appointment and i watched her foil only the top of my daughter's head she simply responded "we ring it up as full in the computer". Needless to say I was overcharged. I personally see another stylist there and have had the same partial and cut service and was not charged for a full foil, and my stylist is a higher level stylist as well. I love my gal at Selah and have recommended family and friends to go there as well not just for hair but for the spa as well so I'm very disappointed about what happened and would not recommend this specific stylist.

He was told a 45 min wait so went next door with our son for the time to get some last minute items. He went back 30 minutes after earlier than the original wait time given, and was told the wait was now 120 minutes. The customer service was terrible, and communication with guest even worse. I understand accidents happen, but how this situation was handled was unsatisfactory. No apologies were even made for what happened today so I decided to switch salons. Thankfully we found another local salon that cut my husbands, and sons hair with only a 10 minute wait. I recommend always signing in online at this great clips, and waiting the time in person so you don't get skipped.
