This was my 4th visit. The first time, I got regular polish which chipped within 24 hrs. The second appt, I was charged for a pedicure that I didn't get (just got my toes polished) and a gel manicure that didn't cure properly. When I returned a 3rd time (only because my mom has her nails done here) it was a bit of an issue that I wanted the gel polish soaked off so my nails wouldn't get damaged by the grinder. But a young woman did them without issue and I left pleased. I went today, my mom had made an appt with the owner for me. I just wanted my gel polish soaked off and a manicure with new gel polish. I was told that it was a problem for them, that they had to use a grinder, that maybe I should find a new place to do it and on and on it went. So much so that I told the man (the owner Lily had delegated the task to him even though my appt was with her) that I didn't have any complaints and just wanted a new color yet he FOLLOWED ME to continue to tell me why it was a problem that I sit in a chair to let the polish soak off. I finally told him I wasn't stupid, that I understand the gel process, and that I had issues when I walked in but that he had now created issues. He said maybe I should find "an American salon" who didn't mind taking their time. I asked again that they just get the color off so I could leave. They left me with acetone wrapped fingernails for AN HOUR. You know what burns after being on your skin that long? Yep, acetone. The owner finally called me over to get the polish off and I think she realized how terrible the entire experience was because she said nothing and didn't charge me. Even my mom, who's gone there for years, said she will never go back after I told her what happened. No one should be treated like I was. First time I just got regular nail polish (Mani and pedi) got home only to look down and there were chips out of several nails and I seriously did nothing between there and my home. Again went straight home. and there is already a chip out of my thumb, Today cost $50 Shouldn't have chips on day 1 especially when I've literally done nothing since I got home but watch t.v! The name is best nails what so ever the nails are horrible and so is the service. Two ladies worked on my mom's nails and feet. They rushed on her hands and her French tips are not filed down right, Or done correctly. They rushed and ruined my moms nails. Then on her feet they cut her skin and irritated it and didn't do the job right. I could have done this better than them with the right materials. They were rude to my mom and when she asked them to stop rushing they got rude and disrespectful towards her. Then when she paid 80$ for there horrible job she didn't tip. Because who would when they just messed up her nails and feet. They got so offended by it. It ruined her day because she has had back problems and had to go to the ER twice for it she was having a good day with me and my sister then they ruined it when she is stressed. Plenty of colors and different designs to choose from. Did a great job on my nails. This is now my go to place for gel nails and pedis! Great atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff. They didnt take off all of my gel nail polish from before so you can see it through my new layer of polish. She cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding with the shaping tool. She didnt take her time qnd rushed through the whole visit. I will not be returning. I am angry with myself that i left with this poor of a job done on my nails. read more

Went in this weekend for a girls day and they were very nice. But I did have a problem with how my nails were shaped. They're very crooked and not filed all the way down. I've been to many nail places to get acrylic nail sets and pedicures. By far, this has been the worst place I've ever gotten a pedicure at. The woman who did my pedicure was impatient and was rushing through the whole process. If I wanted to paint my nails with no massage or cleaning of my feet, I would've done it on my own. I ended up paying $20 for a 10 minutes "pedicure" that was not even done right. (I used to work at a nail salon. I did pedicures almost every day.) Some is my toe nails are way too short and some of the paint was messed up before they even dried. She did not even check them. Also, I had my acrylic nails done a week before and when I went in, she asked me if I wanted a fill. I politely declined but she kept looking at my nails the whole time. She asked a few questions about it too, like if they were gel and where I got them done. I am genuinely upset with the service I got. read more

Went to get a basic manicure and pedicure - a middle-aged woman with short dark hair did both and cut so deep into the sides of my nails that they continued to bleed as she put polish on. She only put one coat on my nails (hands and feet) and roughly pulled on my arms and legs to be where she wanted them. I went here with a friend because i had a gift card here. They were friendly and we didn't have to wait too long to get in a chair. But the guy who was getting my nails started hands were dirty and sticky. He had a bunch of dirt under his nails and he would go back between me and another girl and didn't wash his hands. The fluffy duster they use on your hands was matted and I saw another girl use the same duster that she dusted my friends hands with to clean off her station. The girl switched with the guy to finish my nails and she was very aggressively filing my hands. I asked her 2 times to file a rounded top and she squared it. Then I asked her again and she tried to correct it but it most of my nails were crooked and way too short because she was filing so fast. I didnt speak up again because there was clearly a language barrier and I couldn't possibly have any shorter nails. I asked for a line across the top like an outlined french tip and she did a sloppy job none of them were straight. My nails were so thick and digging in to the sides of my finger. My friends nails were equally thick and had the same problem with the sides digging into her skin. I don't know if there are people who prefer a thick acrylic nail or not but I think it looks and feels unnatural. I paid 27 for a full set that were shorter than the nails i came in with.
