I had the best pedicure today. The young lady's name is Edna. I told her my leg massage felt so good that I wish I could come in every day. I have been coming here for years and have always loved it. Also they gave the best prices in town read more

Went in for a full set of French tip nails . The lady at the first station did my nails . Everything was going find until another woman sat down and just wanted a touch up on her nails and toe nails. She stopped working on me and started doing hers!!! 10 minutes later she returned and was exceptionally rough . Taking phone calls. I was insulted. They have done ok work in the past. I won't be recommending or returning. read more

Best Nail - These nails are so cute and done so well - Nail Salons Near Me - Muncie, Indiana

This was my 4th visit. The first time, I got regular polish which chipped within 24 hrs. The second appt, I was charged for a pedicure that I didn't get (just got my toes polished) and a gel manicure that didn't cure properly. When I returned a 3rd time (only because my mom has her nails done here) it was a bit of an issue that I wanted the gel polish soaked off so my nails wouldn't get damaged by the grinder. But a young woman did them without issue and I left pleased. I went today, my mom had made an appt with the owner for me. I just wanted my gel polish soaked off and a manicure with new gel polish. I was told that it was a problem for them, that they had to use a grinder, that maybe I should find a new place to do it and on and on it went. So much so that I told the man (the owner Lily had delegated the task to him even though my appt was with her) that I didn't have any complaints and just wanted a new color yet he FOLLOWED ME to continue to tell me why it was a problem that I sit in a chair to let the polish soak off. I finally told him I wasn't stupid, that I understand the gel process, and that I had issues when I walked in but that he had now created issues. He said maybe I should find "an American salon" who didn't mind taking their time. I asked again that they just get the color off so I could leave. They left me with acetone wrapped fingernails for AN HOUR. You know what burns after being on your skin that long? Yep, acetone. The owner finally called me over to get the polish off and I think she realized how terrible the entire experience was because she said nothing and didn't charge me. Even my mom, who's gone there for years, said she will never go back after I told her what happened. No one should be treated like I was. Another patron even said as much after witnessing the ordeal. read more

Would not even give this place one star, but it wouldn't let me give the review without at least a star. Best Nail is by far one of the worst nail places I've been to. The girl doing my pedicure did not know what she was doing. I left without a manicure. Didn't want to chance getting the same experience as my nails. Please take heed if you chance going. Incompetent help. I was unhappy having to pay for this service. But bless her heart, the girl who took over tried her best. I driving down the street to look for another shop. Wish me lucks folks! read more

This is my second time coming here First time was February 2020. I honestly do not think I will be back. First time I just got regular nail polish (Mani and pedi) got home only to look down and there were chips out of several nails and I seriously did nothing between there and my home. This time I got Color Changing Gel done on my finger nails. Again went straight home. and there is already a chip out of my thumb, Today cost $50 Shouldn't have chips on day 1 especially when I've literally done nothing since I got home but watch t.v! It's also extremely hard to understand the employees, and today a few of them seemed to have needed to check their attitudes at the door before arriving to work. Short and snarky, and just all around rude. read more

Best Nail - Pedicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Muncie, Indiana

The name is best nails what so ever the nails are horrible and so is the service. Two ladies worked on my mom's nails and feet. They rushed on her hands and her French tips are not filed down right, Or done correctly. They rushed and ruined my moms nails. Then on her feet they cut her skin and irritated it and didn't do the job right. I could have done this better than them with the right materials. They were rude to my mom and when she asked them to stop rushing they got rude and disrespectful towards her. Then when she paid 80$ for there horrible job she didn't tip. Because who would when they just messed up her nails and feet. They got so offended by it. It ruined her day because she has had back problems and had to go to the ER twice for it she was having a good day with me and my sister then they ruined it when she is stressed. I do not recommend this place at all it's horrible and you will waste your money. And I sat in the car and this lady with black hair and a mask kept on staring at me in my car and the vibe was so creepy. Amd my moms nail just fell off btw. read more

Went there for the first time last week since a friend of mine has used this salon for years and highly recommended it. To say the least they were absolutely AWESOME! Plenty of colors and different designs to choose from. Did a great job on my nails. This is now my go to place for gel nails and pedis! Great atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff. Already have my next appointment schedule and looking for what kind of design I'm going to get. Just a great overall environment, positive vibes, clean and so friendly. I could tell they get to know their regular customers from the way they were interacting with my friends and other clients that came in. And that means a lot to me. this salon read more

Best Nail - Wonderful place to get a pedi/mani! - Nail Salons Near Me - Muncie, Indiana

Went in at 9:30 am one morning and they said they didn't have time to do my nails THAT DAY. Seriously? I won't be back.

They didnt take off all of my gel nail polish from before so you can see it through my new layer of polish. She cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding with the shaping tool. She didnt take her time qnd rushed through the whole visit. I will not be returning. I am angry with myself that i left with this poor of a job done on my nails. read more

I went despite the fact that there are only three stars here on Yelp. The service was terrible, the store was unclean, and the woman who did my nails barely understood what I asked for and holding a conversation with her was very difficult. Would not reccomend and am never going back again. read more

I was traveling for work and desperately needed a pedicure. They stayed open late to accommodate me and even helped address an ongoing nail issue. They were friendly, professional and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Amazing. I love these people. They do a great job every time. She gives me exactly what I ask for. My nails look amazing for 2 weeks until they need filled in, or I let them go and they fall off about 3 weeks after i had them put on. I wouldnt pay any attention to the few negative reviews. Theres always going to be that one person you cant please for squat!! read more

Went in this weekend for a girls day and they were very nice. But I did have a problem with how my nails were shaped. They're very crooked and not filed all the way down. Also, the nail polish is hit and miss as well. I wish they would've taken time to compare the nails and paint them evenly. It barely goes down to the sides of my fingernails. read more

I hate to give just 1 star. I usually take care of my own nails. Once in awhile, though, it's fun to get a "professional" treatment. I liked the part of the pedi where they razor off the dead skin. Other than that, I must say I do a better job on my mani pedi attempts than they did. read more

I've been to many nail places to get acrylic nail sets and pedicures. By far, this has been the worst place I've ever gotten a pedicure at. The woman who did my pedicure was impatient and was rushing through the whole process. If I wanted to paint my nails with no massage or cleaning of my feet, I would've done it on my own. I ended up paying $20 for a 10 minutes "pedicure" that was not even done right. (I used to work at a nail salon. I did pedicures almost every day.) Some is my toe nails are way too short and some of the paint was messed up before they even dried. She did not even check them. Also, I had my acrylic nails done a week before and when I went in, she asked me if I wanted a fill. I politely declined but she kept looking at my nails the whole time. She asked a few questions about it too, like if they were gel and where I got them done. I am genuinely upset with the service I got. read more

Amazing job went yesterday and got a full set . Best nail salon in Muncie . Would highly recommend

I just called to see how much it was to get tips for your nails. The man who answered said, "we don't sell nail tips" and hung up on me. HOW RUDE!!! read more

Worst place I have ever been to get a pedicure. I don't go to a salon very often, but this was by far the worst one I have ever been to. Slow service, even when few customers are there. Terriable painting job, there was polish in my cuticles and skin underneath my toes. I will never go to this place again. read more

We needed a quick place on a Sunday to get in and out, because we had a death in our family and needed to get our nails done, but we were from out of town. I called them directly. They worked us in quickly. They were kind, professional, and inexpensive. read more

Went to get a basic manicure and pedicure - a middle-aged woman with short dark hair did both and cut so deep into the sides of my nails that they continued to bleed as she put polish on. She only put one coat on my nails (hands and feet) and roughly pulled on my arms and legs to be where she wanted them. It was a terrible, painful experience and took over 2 hours as she kept messing up and filing down my nails even more. read more

I'm new to Muncie so I wasn't sure where to go. I tried the nail place at the Mall and it was awful! So I stopped in to get my nails filled and a pedicure. They were very welcoming and didn't try to up sell a bunch of crap I didn't need or want! My daughters are 11 and 7 they get their nails painted and they were very accommodating and sweet to my girls! We will be getting our nails done here from now on!! We are very happy with the way we were treated and they used all clean tools and cleaned out the pedicure area after we were finished. read more

I went here with a friend because i had a gift card here. They were friendly and we didn't have to wait too long to get in a chair. But the guy who was getting my nails started hands were dirty and sticky. He had a bunch of dirt under his nails and he would go back between me and another girl and didn't wash his hands. The fluffy duster they use on your hands was matted and I saw another girl use the same duster that she dusted my friends hands with to clean off her station. The girl switched with the guy to finish my nails and she was very aggressively filing my hands. I asked her 2 times to file a rounded top and she squared it. Then I asked her again and she tried to correct it but it most of my nails were crooked and way too short because she was filing so fast. I didnt speak up again because there was clearly a language barrier and I couldn't possibly have any shorter nails. I asked for a line across the top like an outlined french tip and she did a sloppy job none of them were straight. My nails were so thick and digging in to the sides of my finger. My friends nails were equally thick and had the same problem with the sides digging into her skin. I don't know if there are people who prefer a thick acrylic nail or not but I think it looks and feels unnatural. I paid 27 for a full set that were shorter than the nails i came in with. Very unsatisfied customer and would not recommend this place. read more
