I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.

I went to my health care provider and a nurse checked my head for live. NOTHING! No live, no nits, no eggs. She laughed and said I did not have lice and that the stylist did not know what she was looking at. If a stylist can't tell the difference between lice, fleas, or bugs, she probably doesn't know her stuff.

She treats everyone around her like they are special and infuses the shop atmosphere with the spirit of goodwill. This is my first Yelp review, but I felt that it was appropriate to say how lucky I feel I am to have Lynne as my hair stylist. I also want to thank her for the special attention she gave me when I had an important college alumnae reunion event, given how extraordinarily pleased and grateful I was with my image makeover.
