I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.

We got placed in the same room for the couple's massage. We don't talk to each other while we get massages, but if you take a friend with you, you could definitely chat, if that's your thing. As I said in my previous review, the ambiance is simple and pretty. Just relaxing enough with twinkle lights and several candles. I really wanted to have a hair cut, but I had to meet someone right after my appointment so I'll be sure to try that next time. Everyone that works there has fabulous hair, so that might be a good indicator that their salon services are great!

She kept leaving me in her room so she could go smoke. As someone with respiratory issues the smell of her just was so overwhelming. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as she told me some personal stuff about her prior relationship. No, I should have not paid or tipped her. My hair was so dry, now it's a brassy color. it looks like a pumpkin got smashed into my hair. I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I can't believe they hire someone like her. Terrible! 0/10 I will never ever recommend a drugie like her.
