We talked as if we knew each other for years. Their boutique shop at the front of the business is great to pick up cute gifts. I could have done a lot of damage because their stuff is so cute! I picked up a few hair products and dainty earrings. I have sensitive skin and appreciated some of their hair products used essential oils. I appreciated the staff offered me a drink at time of arrival. The desk staff was friendly and she smiled often which is a bonus since this is not always the case! I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Her honesty and professionalism was 10/10 and so graceful. She was sensitive to my friend's situation and didn't make her feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. In a world where so many people focus on what they need or how we can benefit them, Brittany truly put my friends needs first and made her feel important. Thank you!

During the shampoo, it felt like my hair was only lightly washed rather than thoroughly cleansed…read more There was very little scalp massage or attention to my scalp, and my hair did not feel fully washed when I left the chair. I also felt that my styling preferences were not reflected in the final result. We discussed the look I was hoping to achieve, including wanting soft, loose curls rather than tighter curls. However, the finished style looked very similar to how my hair looked when I arrived, and when it was curled, the curls were much tighter than I had requested. I had a major event to attend afterward and was so unhappy with the result that I went home, washed my hair, and restyled it myself before leaving. That was stressful and disappointing, especially after investing the time and money in a professional service. I understand that not every stylist is the right fit for every client, but I wanted to provide this feedback because I left feeling that my preferences were not heard and that the service did not meet my expectations. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be used to improve future client experiences.

Lynne has cut and highlighted my hair for years. I'm so happy that she has her own salon! The decor is adorable - always decorated for the season - and they make sure you feel pampered from the moment you step inside the door with complimentary water/ coffee/soda and Concannon's cookies or some other snack. I'd recommend Lynne to anyone who needs a hair extrordinaire!

I am relaxed in the knowledge that I am getting color work comparable to that of a high-end urban salon - but at a very affordable cost for the quality work performed. Lynne is very much oriented to the community and to her family, as well as to the clients and other hair stylists that share her salon. She treats everyone around her like they are special and infuses the shop atmosphere with the spirit of goodwill. This is my first Yelp review, but I felt that it was appropriate to say how lucky I feel I am to have Lynne as my hair stylist. I also want to thank her for the special attention she gave me when I had an important college alumnae reunion event, given how extraordinarily pleased and grateful I was with my image makeover.

They also have so many different colors to choose from to dye your hair. They are flexible with time and dates for appointments. Overall this salon does a very good job! -AM
