I appreciated the communication and transparency right away. I ended up booking with Lexi, and honestly, I'm so glad things worked out the way they did. Lexi is hands down one of the best stylists I've ever had. I have a lot of thick hair, and she handled it with so much patience, care, and attention to detail. Beyond giving me an amazing haircut, she made the entire appointment such a relaxing experience. I had a packed and stressful day, but sitting in her chair felt like a chance to slow down and breathe for a bit. She listened, took her time, and somehow managed to create exactly the look I was hoping for. I walked out absolutely loving my haircut and feeling so much more confident. They are very talented at doing hair. Their building is so cute and has a lot of hair care products you can buy. Before they cut your hair they usually, unless requested differently, wash your hair which leaves it so fresh and healthy when they are done. My stylist was late so being my first time here I thought they forgot about me. The receptionist went back to check & apologized. Shawn (sp?) my stylist was just finishing up & also apologized. All good, I was just worried since I'm on a tight travel schedule. The shampooing area felt like a true spa. Low spa music, serenity & beautiful. The shampoos bowls held the most comfortably neck rest ever especially bein from Vegas. Loved it & Shawn's most marvelous scalp massage! She dried my hair straight as I requested & I was on my way. She was very nice & I will be back. Upon settling the bill & tip, the receptionist said the manager left me an Oribe Detangling Product for the inconvenience. Very nice of them tho unnecessary, but it's a thought or gesture that stands out.

I'm sure they've changed by now but the front desk employee I had contact with back then was awful, rude & sorry to say not very intelligent. When I went to check-in she immediately went into attack mode & very rudely accused me of no showing my last appointment. She was 100% wrong, they had cancelled on me due to some kind of problem, no water or no electricity, I can't remember now. The owner tried to make it right by offering a product they sell, Oribe brand,for free. I refused to take it on principal so there could be no question that I was right, employee was out of line and I clearly wasn't looking for anything. (Who has went to a class for it.) She knew every question I asked her. Instantly bonded w/ her over phone. She knew what she was talking about. I bring photos in. She has such a great energy & incredible to see a young girl 21 with the work ethic & has a grip on the real world. It was incredible day. I needed her to just take care of me. & she just took over explaining the whole way. When she took out my hair I mean it WAS PERFECT! Looked like it was just natural, she did just a great job. The girl up front was so kind as well. It's hard to walk into a salon & feel safe right now. Truly! I felt safe w/ her. Means so much right now! I won't let anyone but her & my barber of 10 years touch my hair now. Just trust Emma M. listen to everything she says & your hair will do great. She didn't even try to sell me stuff.
