She's always honest and open with her thoughts and I always love the way my hair looks after she's done. I've never had more compliments on my color because she does a wonderful job. I'll be honest and say I tried a few people in Fishers but none could compare so I went to see her at the new salon she is at, Parlour. I loved the salon from the moment I walked it. It is so upscale looking without being stuffy at all. I told Nicholle that Parlour looked so much better and classy than some salons I've been in in Fishers/Noblesville. It's very inviting and bright and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is always accommodating and when you are there, you aren't crammed next to someone else. It's very open but all the stations at at an angle and not crammed to the one next to you so you still feel that private connection with the stylist. If you're in Muncie (or even if you're not) come check out Parlour and I know you'll have a great experience.

Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is at Ball State. I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.

She finished coloring my hair, saw nothing else but said she could not dry it or style it. She only took $10 off and I had to leave with soaking wet hair. I went to my health care provider and a nurse checked my head for live. NOTHING! No live, no nits, no eggs. She laughed and said I did not have lice and that the stylist did not know what she was looking at. If a stylist can't tell the difference between lice, fleas, or bugs, she probably doesn't know her stuff.

We got placed in the same room for the couple's massage. We don't talk to each other while we get massages, but if you take a friend with you, you could definitely chat, if that's your thing. As I said in my previous review, the ambiance is simple and pretty. Just relaxing enough with twinkle lights and several candles. I really wanted to have a hair cut, but I had to meet someone right after my appointment so I'll be sure to try that next time. The first time I went the manager took me on a tour of the salon, it made me feel immediately comfortable with the space. The salon is well kept & clean, and has really nice products available to purchase! What really seals the deal for me though is my stylist, Bailey. Everyone deserves to love what they see in the mirror every day, and Bailey makes me feel so pretty! My hair is my pride & joy, and she takes such good care of it, and of me.
