I have going to Nicholle for years and she is by far the best stylist I have ever had. I started…read moreseeing her when she was at John Jay and even when I moved to Fishers I would drive back just to see her. She's always honest and open with her thoughts and I always love the way my hair looks after she's done. I've never had more compliments on my color because she does a wonderful job. I'll be honest and say I tried a few people in Fishers but none could compare so I went to see her at the new salon she is at, Parlour. I loved the salon from the moment I walked it. It is so upscale looking without being stuffy at all. I told Nicholle that Parlour looked so much better and classy than some salons I've been in in Fishers/Noblesville. It's very inviting and bright and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is always accommodating and when you are there, you aren't crammed next to someone else. It's very open but all the stations at at an angle and not crammed to the one next to you so you still feel that private connection with the stylist. If you're in Muncie (or even if you're not) come check out Parlour and I know you'll have a great experience.

Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is at Ball State. A couple days before the…read moreappointment, the stylist sent a text asking to move the appointment up in time- this was fine. I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.

Hubby and I got a couples massage from Jonell and Ashley. This time I got Ashley, and she is just as fabulous as Jonell! They have a similar style and I really enjoyed my massage. Hubby did too. We got placed in the same room for the couple's massage. We don't talk to each other while we get massages, but if you take a friend with you, you could definitely chat, if that's your thing. As I said in my previous review, the ambiance is simple and pretty. Just relaxing enough with twinkle lights and several candles. I really wanted to have a hair cut, but I had to meet someone right after my appointment so I'll be sure to try that next time. Everyone that works there has fabulous hair, so that might be a good indicator that their salon services are great!
