I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.

Hubby and I got a couples massage from Jonell and Ashley. This time I got Ashley, and she is just as fabulous as Jonell! They have a similar style and I really enjoyed my massage. Hubby did too. We got placed in the same room for the couple's massage. We don't talk to each other while we get massages, but if you take a friend with you, you could definitely chat, if that's your thing. As I said in my previous review, the ambiance is simple and pretty. Just relaxing enough with twinkle lights and several candles. I really wanted to have a hair cut, but I had to meet someone right after my appointment so I'll be sure to try that next time. She finished coloring my hair, saw nothing else but said she could not dry it or style it. She only took $10 off and I had to leave with soaking wet hair. I went to my health care provider and a nurse checked my head for live. NOTHING! No live, no nits, no eggs. She laughed and said I did not have lice and that the stylist did not know what she was looking at. If a stylist can't tell the difference between lice, fleas, or bugs, she probably doesn't know her stuff.
