Went in for a pedicure and left with mixed feelings. I was seated quickly, which I appreciated. But early on, the technician cut one of my nails way too low, leaving them uneven. That was frustrating from the start. I've never had someone go straight into cutting without first checking or shaping, so that was a bit frustrating. At that point, what was done was done, but it definitely set the tone. The gel application didn't go any better. It was messy, polish all over the edges, uneven, and the cuticle area looked unclean. I tried to explain, and the manager stepped in to help, but the technician tried fixing it by filing, which only made things worse. The manager stepped in again and, after trying to fix it himself, offered to have someone else redo my nails. Thankfully, another technician took over, her name is So. She took her time, cleaned everything up properly, and did a great job. She honestly saved the experience. Overall, it felt inconsistent. I appreciate the manager for handling it professionally, but the service shouldn't have started off that rough. If you go, be very specific about what you want and who you want to attend to your nails. read more

I really wanted to give zero stars. I went in on Saturday to get my fill in, pedicure, and lashes done. I spend about $150 there every two weeks. Today, a lady that was doing my pedicure was using the callus remover on me. She was scrubbing really hard and fast. She ended up scraping my pinky toe. It was so deep that I began to bleed. I winced in pain. She said sorry. A manager came and told her to apply pressure to stop the bleeding. I was in pain. The manager said I would be taken care of. She told me I could come back once it heals and they can paint the last toe. When I went to checkout, they charged me for it! I was furious. He had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted the lashes. I told him that I won't spend another dime there. I had to laugh to keep from being mad. I had $21 in loyalty cards. That proves how much I go. I used a $50 gift card to pay the $49 balance. Decided to try this place after seeing an associates nails. They were nice thin, shaped and polished well, as I've been wanting but hadn't been finding in Georgia. She recommended Thai or young. This was perfect timing since it was time for my fill. Thai was available to do my gel fill and basic pedicure. Must say I was a bit taken back when I first walked in as this place is VERY busy and crowded. Definitely not the relaxing nail spa. It's ran like a business to get you in and out. Front desk guy is busy on a walkie talkie seeing who available and sending walk ins to the numbered tables and pedicure station. Although all this was going on Thai took his time doing my pedicure and gel fill ensuring I was satisfied. He also made sure my nails was thin and natural looking not thick and bulky as most salons in Georgia seems to do. I'm super pleased with the results. It's the first in a long time my gel fill has actually held up for over two weeks considering I'm always busy with my hands, hard on my nails, and constantly washing them. Polish still looks descent no chips or separation. Highly recommended Thai is you're looking for a natural looking manicure and pedicure as I cannot comment on anything else he does. Then when the pedi was done, I moved to the mani station and someone waxed my eyebrows while o was finishing my pedi. I asked for a picture I saw online and they delivered!!! I have returned time and time again and I always appreciate the service I receive. This time I requested the tech Eva and she did a fabulous job with my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to choose the exact color I was looking for. She also made sure I left with shop with moisturized hands by providing some aromatherapy lotionwhich smelled fantastic and a light massage. The shop has done a great job adapting with their COVID protocols. They have installed shields between the pedicure chairs and on the manicure tables which makes me feel more comfortable coming. They also check your temp upon arrival. However, this is not a shop you would come to for "relaxation" since it's usually pretty noisy and busy. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend and once you find a tech you like stick with them. read more

Watch these people with how much they charge. They nickel and dime you for everything, right down to charging you for the nail polish remover they use. I was charged 74 dollars for a basic French manicure!! And when you question them about their prices, they they'll tell you the prices for each type of manicure, which doesnt add up mathematically. Very rude and unprofessional the nail tech Lila serviced me on 7/2/20. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted, and she assured me that she could do it. She began to freestyle my nails.. when I asked her to stop because it's no where near close to what I asked for .. she got mad. The manager (or whoever she was) came over. When I showed her the picture and then my nails.. she told Lila to start over. LiLA gets mad and began to file off the polish. While doing so she burnt my cuticle (filing too hard) when I told her to stop because she was hurting me. She got up and threw the payment clip board down. I came in to get my nails done for my birthday. Since it was my special day, I decided to splurge. Though they came out really pretty, later that evening during my celebration, one nail came off (clean) it didn't break, it just came off. I was disappointed but didn't think much of it. The following day more came off. By day 3 one hand was completely without nails and the other only hand only had 2 left. I called spoke with a gentleman, who told me they would fix the issue. A nail actually fell off while on the phone with him, it was pitiful. He instructed me to send him a copy of the receipt. Good thing I elected to have it text to my phone. I sent it to him along with photos of both hands. I was out of town so I couldn't come in right away, but I was told to come in upon my return. Great right?! Not at all, I came in and before I could finish explaining what happened the owner keeps saying they can't do them all over for free. I can get a new set for half off. Soo, I originally paid $70 for a full set, plus a pedi so I spent $118, the nails didn't last 3 days and to fix the issue they charged me another $70 and gave me only half off so I'm total I spent $105 for my full set alone... The owner sternly felt this was fair. Honestly had he stated that when I called, vs switching what he originally agreed to, I would had requested a refund immediately. However I was promised they would take care of it so I trusted his word. I would have went somewhere else. It's definitely my last time ever coming to this establishment, which is disappointing because I would had loved to have been a regular. However there are nail establishments everywhere. I only had one incident where my cuticle was cut back a tad too far and it bled because my tech was talking and not paying attention but I'm not super nit picky so it was cool. A nice spot to revisit when I'm on this side of town. Overall what you want & need from a nail salon. What I didn't like was that I asked for sea salt, which is typically a up charge, I see it as an extra massage- sadly I was wrong. After the salt was rinsed off, dude slapped on some lotion to prevent ashy legs an feet.. The commenced to polish me ( a color I LOVE). The end.
