Service Requested had to be told several times, to get what I wanted. Other salons I have been to always ask what type of Pedicure you want and tell you what they offer. Not this one. I went there cause of the reviews but was very disappointed. I was 6 months pregnant and wanted to relax and pamper myself but ended up getting the worst manicure and pedicure ever. The girl who did my nails was nice but literally shredded my nails. They were not even at all and I showed her and asked her to fix it. She barely tried and then charged me $170 for a basic manicure and pedicure. I left with literal hangnails and jagged toenails that I have been trying to fix for weeks at this point. I was too nice and wanted to leave so I paid. Will never go back. read more

Frustrated but kept my composure. I recently lost my nail tech so have been trying new places. I went into T nails because they had good reviews on yelp. I asked for SNS dip and a pedicure-- specifically asked not for Gel polish over the SNS as top coat, that I prefer the SNS top coat. Pedicure was awesome. Then the nails start. She applied acrylic, and after I questioned it she wouldn't acknowledge. I told her I wanted dip and she keep saying the "this is better" crap.. whatever, I'm committed to the cluster it's going to be. She applies the acrylic to like "just the tip" of my nails-- and then to top it all off, I get the gel polish. 100$ later I'm out the door with crappy nails and a crappy attitude. read more

I came in with my daughter for the first time and I have mixed feelings about this place. I wanted a pedicure and my daughter just needed a fill-in. They sat me in a chair immediately and sent my daughter to sit at a nail booth. They offered me a book to look through for Deluxe Spa Pedicures. I chose the $42 Lady Pimp or something similarly named and my pedicurist went to work. She was amazing, hard working, spoke very clearly and was kind. My daughter's experience was quite the opposite and I hate to throw the race card because she's biracial but they literally told her to sit in a chair and left her until I was almost done with my 45 minute pedicure (and they weren't busy or full.) They started to skip her and move to new (white) customers that arrived after her until I mentioned to them my daughter was still waiting for her fill in. Now I've never gotten my nails done or had to have them filled in but the sign on the wall said fill ins were $12. She had no broken nails to repair, got no fancy design or upgrades and yet somehow our total was $86. I will not return. read more

I went based on good reviews but it was very disappointing... we both got pedicures but they cut the top of toenails in a weird way... Like straight top with angled sides... toenails should be straight not rounded... we are now both both worried that we will get ingrown toenails. Also the plastic cover for the water already had some water in it. I'm wondering if they change the plastic for each person. Very disappointing. Update after a while... both of my big toes are now curved... it used to be flat but not anymore. I don't believe the workers here have license or have good understanding of toenail cutting. I went for the first time by recommendations from my Mom and a coworker. They were super clean and very nice. I got a pedicure and while soaking I was handed a book to look through. It's been a while since I had a pedi(COVID-19) plus I'm a essential worker so I decided to trey myself to a $42 pedicure (which I wouldn't normally do) so I'm getting my pedicure and she brings over hot stones which I didn't remember that being a part of the one I picked. But she told me it was included, so I assumed it was since she works there. I go to check out and my total was $60! For a pedicure. They were trying to talk me into it but I never got it done before so I was afraid.. But while i was getting pedi with massage scrub, there was a woman doing pink and white so when I finished I went over to her while hers were drying, they looked flawless. Very clean place. Just remodeled and a great layout that they have created. I was a walk in that came in just after work and I waited less than 5 minutes for someone to help me with a manicure. Great work on my nails they were pretty bad. Light conversation but very friendly. Color I chose was pretty and I was happy with the outcome. I also chose to get my eyebrows waxed cause I definitely needed that done as well and she cleaned me up nicely. Great job on those as well.
