This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten! The lady had my feet outside of the water for over half of my pedicure , she was not able to do French tips, and when I tried to explain how I wanted my toes she said my toes were crooked, but she cut my toenails down too low, left an ingrown toenail, and cut them crooked, she never put lotion or oil on my feet and legs, and started working on another ladies feet with the same utensils she had just finished using on my feet! I have never had these issues before so I just don't think the lady had experience fr. 0/10 recommend! read more

Based on my experience, I will list the reasons why I don't return to specific nail salons: (1.) Unprofessional management (2.) Rude, uncaring, and unprofessional nail techs (3.) Greedy for money management/owner The reason why I refuse to return to this Nail Trend salon... (4.) Unsanitary practice. While getting SnS service, the nail tech proceeded to use her own (dirty) nails to push back my cuticles. I know this has to be against some sanitation guidelines and protocol. Afterwards, she swiped a very small amount of cuticle oil on my nails. The lady who was receiving service next to me had to ask her nail tech if she could get some cuticle oil. The nail tech responded by saying, "you want that?" Then he swiped a small amount across her fingers, not on any of her nails. Do these people even know the purpose of cuticle oil? Although the outcome of my nails looked good and lasted without any breaks, splits, or cracks, just know that if you go there, you Go At Your Own Risk! read more

I'd give a 0 if I could! On Thursday, I decided on the "volcanic pedi." Started out as a joke of a pedi, so just changed to regular pedi. I asked why the red color, color from my precious pedi, was still on the sides of toe nails. She explains, "that's from previous color." I asked, "shouldn't that be removed", she looks at me like I pissed her off! Finished sh..ty pedi, then asked for nail soak off. She begins to rip/remove the product off my nails. I to asked her to "soak them off individually", which is how it's professionally done, acetone placed on each nail wrapped in foil to keep the natural nail in good condition. She said, "to long" and I explained I had the time, she got a major attitude! She brings a bowl of acetone and placed both hands in the acetone. Knowing the difference of the proper way to soak off nails, I wiped hands, got up, and was STILL charged for the volcanic pedi, (remember I changed to a regular pedi} because I could she where this crap of a pedi was going! I was still charged for the volcanic pedi ....I was PISSED, to say the least! Of course I had a few "nice" words and walked out the door. I came to Nail Trend for SNS. If anyone knows what true SNS is, it is powder that involves little drilling and no UV light. After putting the powder on my nails, the nail tech then put a gel top coat on them & under the light. She also cut me in two different places and continued to put a cotton ball filled with alcohol on my cuts! She rushed through my nails, so none of them have the same shape and she didn't even put the top coat on the sides or the top of my nails. On top of everything, I never saw her clean the tools before or after she took them out of a make up bag filled with nail tools. read more

I have been coming here for about 4 years now... I love it here obviously LOL but as with any establishment, there are ups and downs. I have come various times of the day and different days of the week. I advise to make an appointment if possible and arrive 10mins or so earlier than the scheduled time. If you're unable to make an appointment, try to come early morning or early afternoon before the lunch rush. Hope this helps in selecting a nail shop. Have a great day read more

This was my worst nail experience ever! I never write reviews, because I'm so busy. But today I'm taking the time to warn you. I went in for SNS French nails. By the next day I had this weird bubbling of the gel final coat. So I went in for a redo. Problem solved-or so I thought....Well, low and behold by day 4 my nails started to chip and break!!! So here I am on day 8 after a total redo...and they look awful. Uneven application of SNS color, white tips blurring into clear coat, white product on the fleshy parts of my fingers. Thankfully they did not try to charge me, BUT the nail tech said IF this happens again, she'll charge for repairs! Ha! Lady, what next time. You just lost a customer FOREVER!!!!!!! read more

I took my mother and my daughter along with me on Wednesday, 7/3/19 to get a pedicure and nail and toes painted for my daughter, polish change on toes and nails for my mother and a soothing pedicure, gel toenails and gel fill in for myself. When I tell you I was highly pissed at the end results of my mother, daughter and myself. My mother nails were blue before getting color change and you could see all the blue on her side cuticles underneath the color she current got and polish was bubbly just awful. I showed the technician and she said it was stuck in her cuticles and she couldn't get off and no one even attempt to try to apologize or fix it. My daughters nails and toenail polish looked like she painted them and by far the most awful pedicure in my life, tech was so inexperienced and did not perform all the things that came with the soothing pedicure. I thinking I got pissy service because they were getting ready to close an hour before I walked in. On top of that another customer came in at 7:25 and they offered to take her and the tech treated her so cold like she did not want to do it and her face expression showed it. The customer said y'all act like you all do not want to do my toes due to the treatment yall showing. I will never go back here ever. 1st and last time. read more

My first visit to Nail Trend 3. It was disappointing to say the least. I came for a manicure. The first technician that helped me (the older female technician) tried to use the same towel from the previous client! In addition, she had not cleaned up the used tissue, file, etc from the previous client. When I asked her to use a clean towel, she said it was ok and turned it on the other side. I told her to get me a clean towel and to remove the items from the previous client from her station. She eventually did and then went to take care of another client. I was glad because another technician took over for me and she was very polite and professional. I would have given 0 stars if I could but I gave 2 stars because Selen did make up for the first technician. read more
