Not wanting to be rude, I pointed to my heel because she had not pumiced/soaped my heel and was draining the water Will you be doing the full pedicure? She touched my heels, smiled and looked at me. I placed my left foot on my right knee and I rubbed my heels, "my heel, will you be doing that?" This lady tapped the towel indicating I should put my foot down and proceed to slather oil on my feet and legs one at a time (followed by lotion). Dumbfounded and speechless, I sat watching this lady put lubrication on my un-pedicured feet. Note: I did speak to the young lady realtime about this issue (in front of this lady) very calmly. She said English is not her primary language; however, it's clear she also does not know who to do a pedicure. We landed on Ten Ten based on a few factors, one being location to where we were already. The shop is good size, bright, open and very clean. We walked in, were immediately sat and off we went. We went with the Coffee Me Pedicure and Pamper Me Manicure. Combined pricing put us at $84/each. The manicure pricing is in line with what I have experienced at other spots, but they think a bit more of their pedicures and that is reflected in the prices. Were they worth it? Yes and no...the pedicure was solid, but comparing our services, which were the exact same and started at the same time made it a bit odd as mine lasted about 10 minutes longer than my dad's. For me, I appreciated this, but for him, his tech seemed a bit rushed. Still did good work. As with most spa's, they do offer drinks during your treatment. They should refill the offerings on the tray though, as all the "good" drinks were taken before they got to us, just leaving little room temp waters. Not a big deal, but just a small touch. Our tech's were friendly and did good work overall. Pricing was a bit steeper than I would have liked, so this place would not be a regular spot, but maybe one for a special treat, which is what this day was. Overall, solid place in a good location.

Everyone was polite and professional, I loved my nails. It was $15 extra for the cat eye polish (so $30 extra including toes). I don't Tennessee specific prices for my mani pedi. Total was $120 and I gave a $20 tip, so $140. I'm from California and this is the most I've ever paid for a mani pedi. My nails started chipping at day 5. I went back on about day 10 and got them fixed. They repolished only the chipped nails (5/10 fingers) and the rest started chipping the next day. My gel polish normally lasts 3weeks at least and never chips. I won't be returning to this place.
